| The strategy of autonomous learning is familiar to this word.You can literally explain it in a simple way: the learner’s own initiative to learn.This plan can be drawn from the learner himself,or from the teacher’s guidance,or from his classmates.No matter what way or form is adopted in the learning process,the ultimate goal is unique,that is,it is beneficial for learners to complete their learning goals.The meaning of autonomous learning strategy is self-evident to learners.On the one hand,it can help learners improve their learning efficiency and speed up learners’ learning progress.Sometimes the learners use a reasonable strategy in the process of self-study,which will make the learning effect twice the result,enhance the learner’s self-confidence and sense of efficacy,thus shortening the length of time for the learners to complete the learning task.On the other hand,it is imparting to learners’ learning methods,letting learners know how to learn and how to learn,so as to achieve the purpose of learning.As the old saying goes,"it is better to give fish to man than to fish." This sentence is intended to emphasize that mastering learning methods is more important than mastering learning content.The reason for this is that learners can grasp the contents of learning better if they master the rules of learning.Junior middle school students should participate in national construction and contribute to the country in the future.To achieve this premise,we must have a healthy body.And junior high school students are in the key period of physical development.Through self-learning strategies,scientific and planned exercise can be carried out orderly,and junior high school students will benefit all their life.School is an important place to train talents.For students,classroom learning is the key.On the spot,we observed the learning situation of the junior middle school students in Xi’an City,and found some problems.For example,in the physical education class,students were lazy and idle,and some students did not know how to learn,and the eyes were dull.It is clear that these phenomena are contrary to the educational idea of cultivating students’ independent learning.Therefore,this paper studies the related aspects on the basis of independent learning theory at home and abroad.This article from five aspects,such as learning motivation dimension,learning goal dimension,learning method dimension,learning process dimension,learning result dimension,and so on,studies the autonomous learning situation of junior high school students in Xi’an city.With the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,300 junior middle school students and 10 physical education teachers were selected randomly in the junior middle school of Xi’an City,and 300 junior high school students were investigated and analyzed by questionnaire,and 20 sports teachers were independent of physical education.Learning problems,conducting interviews,finding problems,and putting forward learning strategies to achieve the goal of promoting all-round development of students.By adopting the above research methods,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)at the beginning of the sports class,most of the junior middle school students in the new city of Xi’an have a high level of motivation.Under the guidance of the physical education teachers,they are able to attend physical education happily and take some kind of sports technology as a pleasure.(2)in terms of learning goals,although most of the junior middle school students in Xi’an City pay much attention to the requirements of the curriculum goals in class,few students conclude the learning goal,and the overall goal is not high.(3)most of the junior middle school students in Xi’an New District learn to exercise their skills in physical education classes,relying on teachers,learning methods are single,and learning methods are not flexible.(4)in the course of physical education,although most of the junior middle school students in Xi’an city are serious and hard to learn,they lack the strategies of autonomous learning in their learning activities.(5)most junior middle school students in the new urban area of Xi’an rarely review the contents of physical education after class and do not pay enough attention to the results of physical education.According to the relevant theoretical principles,the strategic recommendations are as follows:(1)at the beginning stage of physical education,we should make preparations for each junior high school student to become the main body of autonomous learning.Although most of the junior high school students in the new urban area of Xi’an are fond of physical education,a small number of junior high school students still do not enter the classroom learning state,so the sports teachers use the good preparation activities to make the preparation activities suitable for the junior middle school students to warm up,and also with the content of the class,so that the junior middle school students are prepared from the two aspects of physical and mental preparation,Each student enters his own learning role and builds a good learning atmosphere for PE learning.(2)by using exercise strategies,junior high school students can achieve their goals in an orderly and gradual way.The physical education is different from the cultural class,which emphasizes the physical practice.There are differences among the junior high school students.Each junior high school students should set their own goals in their own mind.(3)flexible use of basic strategies,metacognitive strategies and resource strategies to enrich junior middle school students’ learning methods and speed up their learning progress.Physical education can be divided into three parts: the beginning part,the basic part and the ending part.Each part focuses on the different methods or strategies,not too dogmatism,giving full play to the autonomy of junior high school students,depending on the specific conditions and adopting corresponding methods to promote the smooth progress of autonomous learning activities.(4)in the learning process of physical education,junior middle school students should make good use of monitoring strategies to promote their mastery of motor skills.In the study of sports group,junior middle school students can learn from each other to understand their mistakes,and then correct them,and then slowly master action techniques in mutual feedback.(5)after the PE class,junior middle school students should abandon their old ideas and implement their self-evaluation strategies. |
