A Study On The Harmfulness Of Democratic Socialism On The Ideology Of College Students

Democratic socialism ideological trend of germination in Europe in the middle of the nineteenth century,its production and development has a profound historical reasons,and with the constant change of historical environment,its connotation,characteristics and constantly enrich and develop,alternate name also constantly.After more than a century of ups and downs,democratic socialism is not only in the west have been fully developed,and gradually spread to Asia,Africa,countries penetration,and become the world’s powerful ideological trend and political power.Due to relative to the rest of the population,ideas of university students in China shows the characteristics of openness,diversity and so on,therefore,with the spread of democratic socialism in China,the college students’ ideology produced certain harm,embodied in the following four aspects: one is the harm to the college students’ Marxism faith;Second,it harms college students’ sense of socialist identity with Chinese characteristics.Third,it harms the identity of socialist core values of college students.Fourth,it harms college students’ cognition of the nature of socialism.The reason why it is harmful to our college students’ ideology is as follows: first,democratic socialism is deceptive and concealing.Second,college students are still in the formation stage of "three views" and have weak discrimination ability.Third,the distorted propaganda of the new network media on democratic socialism;Fourthly,the deficiency of education workers in ideological politics to education of college students."When the young thrive,the country prospers;when the young thrive,the country strengthens," xi said in his 19 th report.When the younger generation has ideals,abilities and responsibilities,the country has a future and the nation has hope.The Chinese dream is historical,realistic and future.It’s our generation,it’s the younger generation.The Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will come true in the relay struggle of generations of young people.The whole party should care for and cherish the young people and set up a stage for them to make their lives a reality.Thus,the development of college students is closely related to the development of the country,and the future of the nation is closely linked,therefore,we must begin from the following aspects to alleviate the democratic socialism ideological trend of the harmfulness of the college students’ ideas: the firstly is to strengthen college students’ understanding of the nature of democratic socialism ideological trend;Secondly,improve the discrimination ability of college students;Thirdly,to strengthen the democratic socialist ideological trend of evaluation and criticism;Fourth,we should strengthen the ideological and political workers’ belief in the socialist ideals of college students with Chinese characteristics.
