In 2001,the Ministry of Education issued the "Standards for Chinese Language Curriculum in Primary School(Experimental Draft)",which for the first time integrated the content of Chinese curriculum into five aspects: literacy,writing,reading,composition,oral communication and comprehensive learning.From then on,"Listening and Speaking Teaching" had been renamed as "Oral Communication Teaching",which marked a new step in the Chinese language education and brought more community's attention in the "Oral Communication Teaching".However,the implementation and enforcement of Oral Communication Teaching was not as smooth as we thought.Most first-line Chinese teachers still ignore it,and some schools do not even consider it a regular curriculum.In order to change the current situation of Oral Communication Teaching and correct the deviation of Chinese Teachers' Understanding on the Oral Communication Teaching,so as to enhance the scientific,practical and operational level in oral communication training,This paper analyzes the reasons for the poor effect of Oral Communication Teaching,and puts forward some strategies to solve this problem based on the investigation and research of the elements such as students,teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods and evaluation methods,etc.involved in the teaching of spoken Chinese communication in the lower grade in primary school.It explores and designs a set of practical training sequence and implementation steps and find some effective methods and implementation schemes for Oral Communication Teaching,In this way,the cultivation of oral communication ability of lower grade elementary students is changed from random to planned,blind to scientific and scattered to systematic,so that Oral Communication Teaching in lowergrade elementary school is developing in an orderly way.This study mainly follows the research ideas of "consulting literature,investigating the status quo,analyzing the status quo and putting forward countermeasures".First of all,on the basis of extensive literature review and related theory to summarize the concept of oral communication and fully grasp the current situation of the design of Oral Communication Teaching in lower grade primary school.Secondly,with practice using the actual teaching situation to observe and record the content,type and way of Oral Communication Teaching in elementary school,including how teachers design teaching,and the expected effect;through the interview with the teacher,collect the teaching design of the Chinese teacher's oral communication class and observe the actual oral communication class to obtain the first-hand comprehensive data.Thirdly,the author analyzes its problems and tries to attribute them on the basis of in-depth investigation of practice.Finally,according to the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the ability of elementary school Chinese language teachers to design teaching in oral communication courses and ensure the smooth development of oral communication courses.This thesis consists of five parts except the introduction,which is mainly discussed from the background,significance and related literature.The first part is an introduction of the Songshan Lake No.1 primary School,with emphasis on the introduction of the school ' s ecological school-running concept showing that the school's education reform in its former specific period greatly facilitated the topic of this research.The second part analyzes the content of oral communication.The content of curriculum standard and the content presented in textbooks cannot achieve the goal of improving students 'oral communication ability.The third part analyzes the teaching content,teaching form and teaching effect of the current Oral Communication Teaching,and studies the teaching material,classroom teaching and teacher's own accomplishment.The fourth part combs out the practical results of the Oral Communication Teaching in the Songshan Lake No.1 primary School.The fifth part puts forward the strategy of Oral Communication Teaching in the lower grade of primary school.
