| Parent-child relationship is an important factor in the formation of children’s personality,and it is also an influencing factor of children’s behavior.A harmonious and good parent-child relationship is an essential factor in the formation of an individual’s healthy personality.Although domestic and foreign academics have paid more and more attention to parent-child relations,in China,there has been little research on parent-child relations in the social work profession,and even little research has been done on family-child relationships in urban immigrant families.From the perspective of social work,this article uses the theory of family systems and the perspective of superiority as the theoretical guidance,and uses the skills and methods of individual case work to successfully intervene in the urban immigrant family parent-child relationship and achieve very effective results.The thesis consists of four parts: introduction,three chapters of the text,conclusion,and reference.The introduction part introduces the meaning of the topic,literature review,theoretical basis,and research design.The first chapter elaborates the general situation of the case,and analyzes the adaptation dilemma in the economic,social,cultural,and psychological domains of urban immigrant families from a macro perspective,laying a macro perspective for the next case work intervention basis.In the second chapter,casework intervention was conducted for three cases of urban immigrant families.Case interviews,psychological counseling,and game methods were successfully used to help urban immigrant families improve the status of parent-child relationships.In the third chapter,the author evaluates the stages of intervention in case work and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of family-child relationship in urban immigrant families.In the conclusion part,the author summarizes the full text and proposes the seriousness and urgency of improving the family-child relationship of the urban immigrant family,and expresses the constant concern for the family-child relationship of the urban immigrant family and the determination to give one’s own strength. |
