Aerobics is a manifestation of aerobics.Difficult movements are one of the major scoring factors.Difficult movements are the greatest strength of the body, the maximum strength of the muscles, the maximum jump of the lower limbs, and the maximum flexibility of the body; The quality of the difficulty movements and skill movements,in turn, reflects the level of aerobics of competitive athletes. This article is based on the FIG.2013-2016 Competitive Aerobics Competition Rules, and uses literature, video observation, comparison, and mathematical statistics to compare the difficulty of the top eight women's singles in the 14 th World Aerobics Championship.Try to learn from the overall situation of difficult movements;details of rule scoring minimum criteria and special error reduction details;detailed description of the quality of difficulty movement completion(angle, strength, amplitude, body control, stability);spatial structure occupied by difficulty movements; The overall layout of the difficulty movement design and the factors influencing the athlete's performance are compared and analyzed in order to clarify the differences in the quality of the difficulty level of the top eight women's singles and the problems of the Chinese team,so as to better promote the development of women's singles in the future. In the training competition,difficulty-related training and arrangements were made to provide theoretical references;and reasonable suggestions were made to promote the rapid development of women's singles projects in China.Analysis conclusion:1.The Chinese team in the aerobics world championships achieved high difficulty and high finish to finish the runner-up;however,it was the same as the champion Romanian player in terms of completion, and the difficulty was higher than that of the Romanian player. It was second according to the rules. The referee was finished, difficulty, and art.The final results were assessed in three areas,so the Chinese team was still affected by the low score of art.Artistic expression has always been a major shortcoming of the Chinese team.Enhancing artistic expression is a problem that the Chinese aerobics team needs to solve in training in the future.2.The difficulty scores of high scores selected by players from various countries increased, among which eight players had difficulty in selecting 1.0 with five points;the Chinese team's selection difficulty mainly concentrated on 0.8-1.0 points, and other countries mainly concentrated on 0.6-0.8 points.China is significantly higher in the selection of difficulty than other athletes in other countries. It can be seen that the level of competition in Chinese women's singles has reached a very high level in terms of difficulty.China has developed rapidly in the field of aerobics.3.The selection of difficult movements highlights the characteristics of women.Eight athletes in the A and B groups use more scores and numbers for low scores and fewer numbers for selection(one or two in each group).Only Chinese players use 1.0 points. In the B279,other countries are within the range of 0.5-0.7 points;the number and difficulty scores of athletes selected in each group in Group C and D are the highest, and they are the main movements of women's singles. There were fewer errors in groups A and B,and most countries had the most mistakes(incomplete conversions)in the jump angles in group C movements. However, the quality of Chinese athletes in this group was significantly lower, and jumping exercises should be strengthened toreduce the jumps.Occurrence of imperfect body and so on;group D errors occur in high-angle swivel,Chinese athletes in this group of control of the action is significantly higher than other national athletes, the relative completion of the higher quality.4.The acute angle supports the anti-cut and turns the body 180°into a kick or lifts the hip into the Wensen group. Both of these are the“hot” movements of the group A;the B137 right-angled split-leg combination supports the rotation of the 720° movement as the “hot”movement of the group B;The movement of becoming a prostrate or squatting leg is more a "hot" action in the group C,and a high-angle rotation and an unsupported lysine squatting are the "popular" actions of the D group.5.By comparing the details of the movements,we can see that group A is not as good as French athletes in the movement of lifting the hips, and Chinese athletes have weaker explosive power in the upper limbs, waist, and legs;the B group of supporting movements reflects Chinese athletes' upper limbs and lumbar and abdominal static.Better power;Group C jump and jump action body angle is larger, reflecting the Chinese player leg explosive force and lower waist and abdominal contraction force, landing arm jumped into the motion of the landing arm control slightly inferior, upper arm, shoulder, back The convex surface has not reached a plane requirement;the balance and flexibility of the D group reflects that the Chinese players' leg flexibility and physical stability are higher than those of other players, and the finished quality is best.6.The spatial use of difficulty movements and site equilibrium account for a relatively high percentage of art scores.Chinese athletes have insufficient space in the use of movement and venues for difficult movements, which may have an impact on art scores.7.In terms of difficulty and difficulty of connection and skill and difficulty connection, the Chinese team is obviously less in arrangementand selection. It is hoped that in the future competition in China will be arranged according to the rules and follow the requirements of the new cycle rules.
