The China attached very great importance to the school moral education over the years,“Take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education,train socialist builders and successors featuring an all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique and art.”General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out both in the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012 and 2017.High moral values establishment and people cultivation are taken as the fundamental task of education.The secondary vocational school play an important part in the education system of China,it takes on the important task of cultivating the skilled talents with good conduct and high professional quality for our society.Some of secondary vocational school can not attain the anticipated effects for the reasons of the different students' character,the level of educational administration and teachers' quality and so on.Based on the existing problems of secondary vocational school moral education work in Xilin Gol,The article have been investigated from the implementation of Secondary Vocational Schools Moral Education Syllabus and current moral education of secondary vocational school students.The paper research on the the development of moral education work and moral education effectiveness in different secondary vocational school in Xilin Gol by means of field research,questionnaire,interview,the existed problems of moral education work reflect outstandingly in the following four aspects.Firstly,teaching quality of moral education affects the outcome of moral education.Secondly,the theme event of moral education is lack of effectiveness.Thirdly,the moral education is neglected during the post practice.lastly,the campus culture of educational function is weaken and the campus culture construction is disconnected with the moral education.These problems are caused by the education authorities,school and moral educators.The moral education management of education authorities absent in each county,the moral education neglects the students' subject position,the campus culture construction is disconnected with the moral education,We put forward related strategies for these problems.We should implement the management function of moral education form education authorities level,The moral education should respect students subjective status from the school level,promote the effectiveness of moral education,establish the dominant position of moral education and integrate the moral education with the campus culture.Author desires this paper can promote the effectiveness of secondary vocational school moral education in Xilin Gol.
