Research On The Value Of The Flexibility Of Ideological And Political Education To Problem Students' Education

With the development of knowledge economy,the change of the times needs the transformation of traditional Ideological Education in colleges and universities,innovating in teaching contents and methods,and constantly exploring new paths,so that the system of Ideological and Political Education is more in line with the requirements of college students in the new era.The flexible management appeared in the 50 s of last century.It is a new managing idea and method commonly adopted by foreign enterprises.The flexible management of enterprises brings a series of inspiration to our university's Ideological and Political Education.Facing the current situation of rigid management in the educational work of China's colleges and universities,flexible management should be used for making up the lack of rigid management to realize a move among the flexible and rigid management.The move is which called the Flexibility of Ideological and Political Education.The Flexibility of Ideological and Political Education is more emphasizing the characteristics and development rules of college students themselves.The using of the Flexibility of Ideological and Political Education in colleges is the requirement of the development of the new era.The paper takes the management and help of problem student as the research object.The problem students as a special group among college students,which have exclusive characters themselves.If simply takes the way of behavior constraint and system management,dissatisfaction and contravene mood of problem students will be easily raised,which cause a very little effect of Ideological and Political Education.Therefore,the dialectical application of the Flexibility of Ideological and Political Education is needed,for the purpose to strength and improve the Ideological and Political Education work of the problem students.In this paper,some problem students in Guizhou and Chongqing are the main objects of investigation,and their psychological condition and educational status will be known through interviews.Countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening and improving problem students' education about the Flexibility of Ideological and Political Education will be applied in the paper.It will also explore the Flexibility of Ideological and Political Education with the unique humanistic care and psychological guidance to help collegestudents to set up the socialist core values,and make college students grow up healthily and adapt to the development of the country and the needs of the society.
