Children are the future of the motherland.From 0 to 3 years old,they are the "key period" for the fastest growing children.During this period,children's physical and mental development is rapid,and they are particularly sensitive to external stimuli and are easily accepting outside information.However,as far as the current status of Urumqi is concerned,infant and child education is non-academic education and noncompulsory education.Comprehensive services for the early development of children aged 0 to 3 have not been systematically incorporated into public services in urban and rural communities.Because all the work in the early childhood education stage is in an initial state of development,the management and related cost procedures at all levels are in disorder,and there is no national norm that is uniformly complied with.Various types of early childhood education institutions in society are mixed,and the current situation of children's early childhood education is worrying.At present,the parents of infants and young children do not pay enough attention to early education,and it is unclear how early education plays a role in the growth of children.Another part of parents of infants and young children want to be able to give their children an early education but do not know how to educate their children in the right way.This has led to an educational lag in the overall development of infants and toddlers aged 0-3 in Urumqi.This article uses literature research,empirical analysis,questionnaires and other methods to focus on early childhood education management in Urumqi,consult relevant literature,understand the research results at home and abroad,through questionnaires,sample surveys to find out that the current government is for all types of early education.There are still some omissions in the management of institutions and early education markets.Through the analysis and analysis of the current problems in the current Urumqi early education management,the author proposes to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations for infant early childhood education,rationalize management subjects,and organize multiple departments.Grab condominiums,build community science education management,curriculum,service system,define teacher standards,standardize the teaching staff,explore the establishment of Urumqi's infant early education supervision and evaluation management mechanism and other useful suggestions.
