To strengthen the on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers,to establish the on-the-job training system for primary and secondary school teachers in Xinjiang and to realize the scientific,rational and efficient primary and secondary teacher training is the main way to improve the teaching skills and overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers,Meeting the inevitable requirements of higher standards and higher expectations of primary and secondary school teachers since the reform of the new curriculum is of great significance for enhancing the education level of ethnic groups in multi-ethnic areas and for promoting better and faster development in multi-ethnic areas.Practice has proved that in the current situation,strengthening the construction of primary and secondary school teachers,on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers can not be ignored,it is necessary to effectively highlight the important role of primary and secondary school teachers in basic education,promote professional development of teachers and establish the education of the cultivate people concept,improve the quality of primary education in primary and secondary schools.Based on the theory and practice,taking the on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinjiang as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinjiang,studies the on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers and tries to improve the on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinjiang System of ways and means to strengthen the effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in-service training.First of all,on the basis of domestic and foreign related theoretical research,this paper summarizes the on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinjiang.Based on the basic situation of teachers,teachers' teaching needs and problems encountered in teaching as well as the basic situation of teachers in the on-the-job training Based on the questionnaire and the related research,the paper draws the conclusion that there is a big difference between the types of training that the current primary and secondary school teachers inXinjiang offer and the types of training they wish to attend.The survey of training needs is not good,the teaching methods need to be diversified,Assessment methods still need to be scientific and other issues.Secondly,try to analyze the main factors affecting on-the-job training in primary and secondary schools from the perspectives of training policy formulation,training institutions and participating teachers,including education resources,curriculum setup of training institutions,training methods and teacher education concepts.Finally,from the point of improving the guarantee mechanism of training policy and the scientificization and rationalization of management and training of training institutions,as well as enhancing teachers' awareness of lifelong education,this paper puts forward ways to improve the on-the-job training system for teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang so as to realize the professional growth of teachers.In the aspect of safeguarding and improving the training policy,the government should step up its economic support so that the training can be carried out in practice and strengthen the training supervision and evaluation.In the aspect of improving the training institutions,it is necessary to further strengthen the demand survey before teacher training and change the management And training methods,strengthen the teaching of practical courses,formulate on-the-job training appraisal scheme rationally,attach importance to the feedback of late-stage follow-up evaluation,and truly combine teachers' practical teaching with on-the-job training.From the perspective of teacher education,teachers should strengthen their professional ethics,improve self-learning ability.
