Study On The Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Secondary School Students In County

The adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools is an important part of the reform of rural education.The aim is to rationally allocate and make full use of education resources to improve the efficiency of running schools.The school is a good thing for li village,however,it also brings a series of new problems while solving some problems in the rural education process.In this paper,through on-the-spot investigation and study,to baoding shunping county "S secondary schools as sample,the research present situation of the rural primary and secondary schools from point after junior high and development conditions,to discuss how to deal with some problems to be solved in the course of junior high.Through the survey found that S middle school after junior high,there is a high incidence of campus violence,to improve student performance,some students psychological problems,such as the contradiction between family problems,the causes of these problems are lack of humanistic management,school class size is too big,boarder system is imperfect,lack of students' psychological health education,parent-school cooperative difficult to achieve,etc.,this requires S school adhere to the people-oriented management concept,improve classroom management efficiency,improve the system of housing,strengthen students' mental health awareness,promote parent-school cooperative and so on,only in this way,can solve many problems existing in the management of junior high,stable order of junior high school,promote the development of education.
