A Study On The Self-cultivation Education Of Contemporary College Students

Young College students are the advanced and active forces in society,the barometer of social development and the leaders of social fashion.The development of college students is not only the acquisition of knowledge and ability,but also the improvement of moral quality and moral personality.Under the background of the new era,the whole thought of contemporary young college students is optimistic and their behavior is positive.However,under the influence of subjective and objective factors,some college students still have problems in their ideological and moral quality,such as poor personal life habits,improper handling of interpersonal relationships,weak sense of responsibility,etc.So they are difficult to achieve their own sustainable development,and naturally difficult to assume the responsibility of social and national development.Therefore,the current self-cultivation education for college students is not only the requirement of moral education,but also the inner meaning of the construction of social spiritual civilization.The first part discusses the connotation of the cultivation of the students ' self-discipline and the cultivation of self-reflection,self-education and self-cultivation,and points out the characteristics of the subjectivity,practicality,the foundation,the internalization and the long-term nature of the students ' function of self-cultivation education,this part discusses how self-cultivation education can be used,which is reflected in the importance of self-cultivation education to the cultivation of college students' healthy mentality,to the improvement of personality,and to the construction of funny campus environment.The third part is the moral education of contemporary university students.This part of college students moral education of three levels of generalization,one is the basic etiquette behavior level,reflected in the norms of behavior education,etiquette education;two is the ethics level,reflect the students' mind consciousness education,awareness of integrity education;three is the level of value orientation,reflected in the cultivation of College Students' aesthetic ability and patriotic education.These three aspects is progressive,constitute the main content of college students moral education.The fourth part is the countermeasure analysis of contemporary college students 'self-cultivation education.This part mainly stands in the university standpoint,explores the countermeasure which strengthens the contemporary university student self-cultivation education.One is to integrate curriculum resources and strengthen the main position of classroom teaching.These include the introduction of self-cultivation courses,the strengthening of traditional culture education and the integration of socialist core values into the content.Second,pay attention to the construction of carriers,expand the path of self-cultivation education.It includes carrying out abundant campus cultural activities and bringing into play the educational function of culture;using moral education resources in society to carry out practical activities;using modern scientific and technological means to guide college students to cultivate themselves with new network media.Third,strengthen the construction of external mechanisms to ensure the implementation of self-cultivation education.The main purpose of this paper is to perfect the main system of college students' self-cultivation education,to strengthen the quality construction of teachers' team,and to strengthen the construction of college students' self-cultivation education environment.In a word,the above countermeasures,on the one hand,improve the ways and methods of self-cultivation education,on the other hand,from the point of promoting the self-cultivation consciousness of college students,the two aspects combine together to improve the ideological and moral quality of college students.
