Currently,in the new situation and the new background,conducting youth off-campus education has become an important paths and measures to promote the development of quality education and the overall health of teenagers in our country,and gradually become consensus and focus of the government and the various countries schools,parents and adolescents.In the same way,with the continuous development of our society and the improvement of theory,community education also shows the trend of vigorous development,followed by the proliferation of community schools.Although in theory and practice aspect youth education and community education have made some achievements,combining this two together,placing the youth off-campus education in the community school to carry out,that can not only reduce load of part of school education to cultivate the healthy growth of teenagers,and also can promote the contact of social education and school education,such cooperation is possible and interesting and is of great significance,but is not popular.How to carry out youth off-campus education in the community school? What are some of the lessons to learn? What are the mechanisms? This is exactly the question to be discussed in this paper.This article choose XJW street community school which is the typical empirical in the aspects of off-campus education for teenagers to conduct investigation,using the method of case study,questionnaire survey and interview method to survey the parents of teenagers and adolescents in XJW street community school,and the teachers who were in charge of education in the school and the principal of the community school were selected,to collect data and interview materials about education in the community school.From the three aspects of the main body,the implementation content and the operation mechanism,a picture of education was carried out in the community school,and a set of experiences of education in the community school was developed.It turns out that,first,the government,schools,parents,and the neighborhood are all playing a role in the development of teenagers off-campus education;Second,the curriculum of community schools,teachers and environment are all important factors that influence teenagers and parents to choose to participate in education outside the school.It is also an important content to carry out education outside the school.Third,we continue to maintain and improve the system of daily management,resources sharing,coordination,and cooperation in the operating process of the public school of youth outside the education.Fourth,despite the survey of the student found that education outside the university is relatively high,there are some problems such as insufficient innovation,incomplete legal guarantee,etc.Based on the above findings,the conclusion of this study is: firstly,the excellent experience is summarized to form the picture of education in the community school,which is to be carried out from three aspects: the main body,the implementation content and the implementation mechanism.Firstly,it emphasizes the need for diversified subjects to participate in the education process in the community school.Secondly,it emphasizes the use of various means and measures to establish the platform of education for the youth outside the school,and finally establishes and improves the diversified mechanism to perfect the education framework outside the school,and to build the education system outside the school.Secondly,to provide inspiration and prospect for the problems and deficiencies,the future trend and trend of education from the youth outside the school is to put forward that education in the community school should innovate the working mode,form the brand effect,and then look to the future,take the legal and international road,and truly form the model and mechanism of education with universal significance and promotion.
