| This paper mainly discusses student management in social institutes or agencies in aiding students mainly based on literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis.In reference to contemporary situation and comprehensive development process of such institutes both in home and abroad,this paper took Wuhan University of DZ as an example for deep research of practical problems,respective causes,and countermeasures in social institutes in aiding students for self-study examinations.The introduction describes the background of student management issues in social institutes in aiding students and relevant research approaches and further meanings,as well as involving research methods and statues of student management issues both in home and abroad.On these basis,a new perspective is to design for relevant problems to study student management from social institutes or agencies in aiding students.Next,this paper started from the collating and analysis of the key concepts,such as self-examination,social institutes or agencies in aiding students,student management and so on,and focused on the history and current development of the social institutes in aiding students,and also including the research of students’ appearing management features for the mean time.As for characteristics of student management,mainly through comparison with colleges and universities in normal level,this paper summarized the model of student management as nanny-style management,student management includes all aspects of life,and different aspects of tasks were undertaken and separated by different regulatory divisions.Thereafter,this paper focused on the relevant data from social assistance institutions in Hubei Province,especially took the Wuhan University of DZ as an example,and explored detailed issues in student management in social institutes or agencies in aiding students from three perspectives,namely educational object,management subject — students’ body and relevant organizations.From the view of educational objects,the problems are mainly reflected in closely with the students daily learning,life and activities;from the view of management subjects,the problems are mainly embodied the management team appears unstable,unscientific,low quality and less quantity,and so on;from the view of social assistance agencies,the problems are concentrated in a certain amount of single management system,deficiency in campus culture and the unsound prevention and emergency response mechanism.As for the cause analysis,this paper concentrated on three perspectives and developed resolutions respectively.In terms of student objects who are targeted to receive education,the social characteristics of them reflect that students from low-quality,with complex structure and family backgrounds,and depletion in numbers.Such major issues concern the origins of student management problems.In terms of management body,the management team are deficient in management philosophy,as well as shortage of incentive and restraint mechanisms.In terms of student assistance organizations,the features of insufficient capital investment,uneven levels management knowledge,unreasonable systems or mechanisms are existing hardships through the development of student management in social institutes in aiding students.Finally,according to the management statues in social assistance institutions for self-study examinations,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures,trying to pay attention to specific characteristics of students,improving the overall quality of the management team as well as regulatory environment in social assistance institutions.From these aspects,the building system will truly meet the current social status of student organization management mechanisms in student management and deal with practical problems.We hope social institute in aiding students can serve the students’ self-examination,and promote the well-off quality of students and studying statues,so that to keep in line with the colleges and universities on the level of management. |
