The improvement of teaching quality is an important subject in Higher Education in China.The improvement of teaching quality is related to many factors,and teaching is positively related to learning.It has been five years since the establishment of the national demonstration centers of faculty of development in 2012.What is the present situation of these centers? This research is based on the organizational theory of Daft to analyze the organizational variables of 30 national centers of education in China.In this study,we use the methods of texture analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,word frequency analysis and other methods to collect the relevant data of the construction of these teaching centers and analyze them.The results show:(1)Even though these 30 teaching centers present many problems,the overall trend is in a good direction.(2)The center presents a more democratic atmosphere.(3)The development of the organization of these 30 centers in China is different,from the university support,the degree of specialization to the allocation of resources,staffing,etc.,and a large disparity among these centers of education exists.(4)The construction of the teaching and learning center pays more attention to the teachers than the students.(5)Through the analysis,it is found that the teaching and learning centers have a strong convergence in the construction and organization,especially in the organizational structure of the authority level.(6)The degree of specialization of these centers is low,mainly in the aspects of organizational structure and staffing.(7)The overall impact of the center is small.According to the above findings,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions as follows:(1)No matter what form of construction,university should give the teaching center adequate support and attention,provides a good environment for the construction of the teaching support center.(2)In the course of construction,we should pay attention to the evaluation and reflection of the institution itself.(3)On the basis of paying attention to teachers' teaching,we should also strengthen the research and attention to the students.(4)The establishment of the center should be more specialized.(5)To avoid the uniformity of the teaching and learning center in the course of construction,and to highlight the special characteristics of the university.(6)Improve the organization construction of the teaching center from various aspects and improve its overall influence.
