As Chinese society enters a new era and begins a new journey, the pattern of social governance,in which the whole society jointly builds, manages and shares has become a bright spot of social construction. We are committed to building warm and emotions communities in the construction of urban community governance. However, practical obstacles exist to the vision of a better community.Under the backdrop of the implementation of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and the family planning policy, individuals have returned to their families from their collectively units and villages, gradually forming a nuclear family structure. With the emergence of more and more dual-working families, due to economic and energy constraints, families have no time to take care of the elderly and children. At present, the public service is not enough to meet the material and spiritual needs of the elderly and the effective connection between education and care in the socialization of children. These are painful points in the process of social development.Interaction is the most indispensable thing in social life. The elderly and children lack such channels and mechanisms of interaction in modern society. The development of urbanization and information society has made intergenerational interaction become family-oriented,intergenerational interaction outside the family has decreased, and social intergenerational relationships have become estranged. However, for society to develop continuously and steadily,it can't be separated from the inheritance of history, culture and fine moral character, and it needs extensive communication between generations.Children should learn to respect the elderly, more clearly understanding the process of aging;older persons are responsible for the transmission of culture and the rediscovery and affirmation of their own values, which require a social intergenerational relationship to play a role in it.This study found that the intergenerational relationship between the elderly and children was just in family, the social intergenerational relationship was lacking in R community. Therefore,in order to enrich the spiritual life of older persons while also strengthening the development of moral education and socialization of children, this study is based on the Multi-generation Centre in Germany for learning. The Multi-generation Centre as intergenerational service project was proposed by the developed countries in the West to deal with the aging of the population, and it created a new model of the community relations. It fosters intergenerational interaction and harmony by different generations together in the same public space——young people help older people;older people teach their experiences;knowledge and skills are passed to young people;older people help care for children;older people gets pleasure from the children;and children can grow up from old people. The Multi-generational Centre approach promotes intergenerational interaction and harmony.Through different thematic activities, interaction and communication between older persons and children outside the family is gradually realized.Multi-generational services have been developed to compensate for the lack of intergenerational interaction between older persons and children outside the family and to coordinate the intergenerational needs between older persons and children. This can be used as a reference to solve the problem of the two-stage service supply in our country's community governance construction and the alienation of social intergenerational relationships.Establishing a new mechanism of intergenerational interaction, creating a new situation of intergenerational interaction and promoting a new model of intergenerational interaction will become the main melody of the benign development of intergenerational relations in our country.
