In recent years,the curriculum reform in our country,the importance of information technology is growing.The national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)to encourage students to enhance the use of information technology to analyze and solve the problems in the information society,means of active learning,active learning.This kind of less investment and simple operation,easy to learn the "micro class" model is more worthy of promotion.For teachers,improve the teaching quality of the use of information technology,the development of diversified teaching becomes one of the important way for teachers’ professional development.For students,micro class can better meet students’ individual learning learning.At the same time,selective leak filled the consolidation of knowledge,but also in addition to classroom learning is one of the most important resources.Expand the learning characteristics of micro class based on the "micro learning" will become more and more popular,while the micro class will become a let The new teaching means and learning methods for students to study independently and carry out inquiry learning.Based on this,this study combines the ARCS motivation model,micro learning theory and constructivist learning theory,the micro class applied to the aerobics course.This paper first introduces the significance and background of this paper,then on the network micro class information concerned summarized the micro theory,applying the concept of feature class and,by collecting and reading lots of literatures and summarized the research of micro course related at home and abroad,put forward the relevant research methods and research ideas.Secondly,the design and implementation of micro course of application of micro teaching in universities sports aerobics,aiming at the application effect and application of student teachers’ feedback through the system analysis.Sports science common mentalscale conclusion and interview analysis: application of micro class confidence in learning interest of students,and have a positive influence on satisfaction and awareness of autonomous learning,but also save In some inadequacies,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the application effect and the existing problems of the micro class.Finally,this study suggests that in Aerobics Teaching in micro application is consistent with the learning needs of students.In the teaching process,not only give full play to the leading role of teachers to students as the center,training help teachers as students and facilitators of autonomous learning and research ability of the students.At the same time increase the interaction with the students in class teachers,encourage students to use information technology to solve the problem of learning ability,develop the consciousness of lifelong sports.The micro class as a new teaching resources in teaching reform is a particularly important.
