Since September 2016,the curriculum of morality and rule of law has been set up in the primary and middle schools throughout the country.The original "moral character" has been changed into "morality and the rule of law".The aim is to further integrate the specific information of national conditions,law,mental health and morality so as to promote the legal consciousness,citizen consciousness and health of the primary and middle school students.We should perfect the healthy psychology and moral character,foster an optimistic and active life style,and gradually establish a good three views.This change has greatly promoted the growth needs of junior middle school students(the main purpose is to better fit the reality of social development and the growth needs of junior high school students).However,in the process of practical use,on the one hand,the physical and psychological development of the students in junior high school are in a critical period.At the same time,in urgent need of positive value guidance and positive energy,the cultivation of their values and moral character is easily influenced by many factors.On the other hand,from the effect of teaching practice,with the continuous development of the society,the completeness of the curriculum index,the change of the name of the curriculum,the revision of the textbook and so on,it is difficult to quickly understand and adapt to the thought of the curriculum reform,and it is difficult to quickly grasp and apply the new teaching material.The content of the new curriculum reform in some secondary schools is difficult to further implement and apply,the teaching quality is not satisfactory,and the realization rate of teaching goals is reduced.This article combines the detailed reading analysis of two teaching materials.,analyzes the present situation of the research in the academic circle,and makes clear the focus of this study.Secondly,comparative analysis and induction are used to analyze the two textbooks of morality and rule of law and ideological and moral education.In the end,according to the corresponding principles,a new teaching material "morality and the rule of law" Teaching concept and teaching methods areput forward.I hope that we can have a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics and contents of the two teaching materials through this research,and have a new understanding of junior middle school ideological and moral education curriculum.
