Research On The Basic Skills Training Of Basketball Referees In Sports Colleges

Basketball has a deep mass base in our country.Especially after the General Administration of Sports of China cancels the approval system of the sports events,the basketball match is more and more unprecedented,so the demand of the referees is also increasing.In the top basketball matches of our country,73.8percent of the CBA referees graduated from sport colleges.;50-60% of NBL basketball referees graduated from sports colleges;The proportion of basketball referees who graduated from sports colleges accounted for 59.8.It can be said that sports colleges and universities are the training bases for high-level basketball referees in our country.With the rapid development of the modern basketball,it has a higher requirement for the basketball referees.And thebasic skills of the basketball referees’ are the important factors that affect the referees’ level of sanctions.There have been a lot of researches on the training mode and management system of basketball referees in China,but there are few researches on the basic skills of referees,especially on the training contents,training methods and evaluation standards of referees.Therefore,the present situation and contents of basic skill training of basketball referees at different levels in physical education colleges are analyzed by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.Combing out the basic skill training model of basketball referees suitable for the current physical education colleges and universities,the main conclusions are as follows:1.In the training of basketball referees at various levels,most sports colleges and universities focus on basketball rules and referees,but the concept of basic skills is not clearly defined,resulting in the content of basic skills training,and the standard methods are not uniform.It affects the quality of basketball referee training.2.In their extracurricular study,the referees of physical education colleges usually study basketball rules and referees.The practice of gestures and whistling are more,but the movement and visual field exercises are less.3.The uneven distribution of basketball referees in sport colleges and the small number of basketball referees in some sports colleges have a certain impact on the teaching and training of basketball referees in sports colleges.4.When carrying out basketball referee training,sports colleges mainly teach by short-term unified training before examination.In six sports colleges,none of themoffered basketball referee elective courses.5.The concept of basketball referees’ basic skills is reconstructed,which mainly includes specialized theoretical knowledge,special movement and skills,and specialized physical fitness and so on.The subordinate includes 11 grade II indicators and 67 III level indexes.The basic skill training of basketball referees at different levels is divided into different emphases,which is convenient for basketball referees to teach and study in physical education colleges.In view of the problems existing in the basic skill training of basketball referees in sport colleges,this paper puts forward to the optimization countermeasures for the basic skills training of basketball referees in sports colleges,which are as follows:1.Basketball referees’ basic skills should be carried out from three aspects:Special theoretical knowledge,special movements and skills,and special physical qualities,It need to be strictly required and practiced step by step.2.When training basketball referees at different levels,physical education colleges and universities should strengthen the training of basic skills and pay more attention to the basic skills training of basketball referees.3.In order to train basketball referees at different levels,sport colleges should make a unified examination outline,To train basic skills in different levels and assess referees of different levels with emphasis.4.Sports colleges should offer elective courses for basketball referees,It can provide students with the conditions and opportunities to learn the knowledge of referees.
