Sensory Integrative Dysfunction(SID)is not only a manifestation of general individuals,autistic individuals generally have SID.The characteristics of autistic individuals such as repetitive behavior,social communication disorder,language communication disorder,unsociable disposition,and poor coordination of limbs are closely related to their abnormal sensory integration.At present,The relevant intervention on SID is limited to some areas in medicine,education and psychology,lacking of intervention in social work,even more insufficient of autism group.Based on the author's practice in Sunshine House in Wuhan,this paper attempts to use group work in the perspective of social work development model theory to improve the disorder of autism teenagers.The author explored the needs through contacts with autism teenagers in the early stage,through the review of literature and demand analysis to formulate the work plan,through the transmission of the concept of social work service in the group process to explore the ways of improving the disorder of autism adolescents,and through the comprehensive evaluation of the group work to test the effectiveness.Therefore,the conclusion that development group work to intervene in the disorder of autism teenagers is feasible.In general,the causes of autism with SID are both innate and acquired,and its improving needs a lot of efforts from many sides,while the social work of group work focusing on integrating peer,family,institutional and social resources,help to enhance the social adaptability of autism teenagers,and effectively improve the problem of SID.
