Abstract/Summary:
As a type of higher education,higher vocational education occupies more than half of the number of institutions in China.Its development is related to the connotative development of higher education and the process of modernization.However,the singleness of school running system and evaluation methods,teaching contents which focus on theory instead of practice,affect the quality of graduates and employment.But the enterprises are lack of high-quality workers and skilled personnel.The root of this contradiction lies in the certain gap between the demands of enterprises and higher vocational talent cultivation mode,which leads to the lack of school-enterprise cooperation closely in specialty setting and cultivation process and “double qualified” teachers.So it is important and urgent to reform the talent cultivation mode of higher vocational education.German “Dual System” talent training mode combines with national vocational schools and private enterprises effectively and it undertakes the training of skilled talents.It embodies the idea of “work-integrated learning and schoolenterprise cooperation”,and it ensures mutual benefit and win-win in the development of schools and enterprises.The study of “Dual System” mode in Germany can solve the shortcomings of higher vocational talents training mode;promote the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises;improve the vocational education quality and build a more perfect modern vocational education system.Firstly,it based on the five dimensions of talent training mode,made a depth analysis of the concept and core contents of German “Dual System” talent cultivation mode.Secondly,to explore the application in China’s higher vocational college,it took Tangshan Polytechnic College as an example by literature research method and expert interview method.Tangshan Polytechnic College formed a talent–fostering pattern of “the integration of industry and education,school and enterprises”.Thirdly,it made a summary of successful experience in the process and analyzed the problems in present stage.Finally,it put forward related suggestion.According to the successful case of German vocational education,the situation of China and the present situation of higher vocational education,teaching ideas can be learned.To promote the continuous development of higher vocational education in China,government co-ordination should be strengthened;professional setting should be adjusted according to the demand of occupation;a cooperation platform should be built;the management system should be perfected and the “double certificate” system in training evaluation should be implemented.
