Research On Implementation Effects Of The Entrepreneurship Policy For Vocational Colleges Students In The Inner Mongolia

Under the new normal of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the State Council promulgated the “State Council's Opinions on Further Improving Employment and Entrepreneurial Work in the New Situation” in April 2015.The comments stressed that “for the employment of college graduates Entrepreneurial support is provided.” college students have become an important group of popular entrepreneurs.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government has also issued a number of policies that support the promotion of college students' entrepreneurship.The effectiveness of these policies has become The government and the masses pay close attention to the issue.This article takes the implementation effect of college students' entrepreneurial policy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research content.Based on the existing college students' entrepreneurial policies,the college students in the district are taken as the survey objects,and a user-oriented evaluation model is used for analysis.According to the characteristics of college students in higher vocational colleges,through the method of questionnaire distribution combined with individual interviews,the three aspects of entrepreneurship education policy,fiscal financial policy,and business incubation carrier support policy are to understand the needs of higher education students and their policies.satisfaction level.The study found that college students in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have a strong interest in starting a business,but the support policies for their entrepreneurship need to be strengthened.Little entrepreneurship education,poor results,delay in the promotion of college students' entrepreneurial skills;financial and financial support is small,the effectiveness of undergraduate entrepreneurship is not obvious;lack of use of entrepreneurial incubator carriers weakens the motivation of college students to start their own business;weak policy advocacy,poor social environment Affected college students' entrepreneurial enthusiasm.Therefore,from the aspect of entrepreneurship education,financial finance,and incubation carrier,this paper considersthe influencing factors of policy itself,policy resources,economic and political environment,and the intention of executives.It thoroughly analyzes the root causes of the problems and gives practical solutions to them.Entrepreneurship policies and implementation propose improvements.It is hoped that this study can truly promote the improvement and implementation of entrepreneurship policies for university students in the region,and add vitality to popular entrepreneurship.
