Research On Image Of The Ideological And Political Theory Teachers

The ideological and political theory course teacher image is a comprehensive and integrated research topic.The role orientation,quality-oriented education,team construction and evaluation criteria of ideological and political theory teachers all reflect the expectation,setting,and orientation of the image of ideological and political theory teachers.As the principal people in charge and executors of the educating and teaching of ideological and political theory courses,the image of college ideological and political theory teachers themselves directly relates to the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching and the main channel of ideological and political education for college students.Rethinking and studying the basic issues of the research on the image of college ideological and political theory teachers contributes to a better realization of the science,pertinence and effectiveness of its image-building.This paper insists on the Marxist historical materialism,and analyzes the connotation,constituting elements and shaping problems of the teachers’ image in the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part: Introduction.Briefly summarizing the causes and research status of the image of teachers in ideological and political theory courses in universities,and laying the foundation for this article on the basis of summarizing the current research results.The second part: The interpretation of the teacher’s image in the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities.Based on the historical and realistic dimension of image etymology,the basic connotation of image is clarified.On the basis of this,the concept of teachers’ image and the relationship elements of the ideological and political theory course is analyzed from the perspective of subject-object relation.The third part:The basic basis of teachers’ image-building in ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities.Based on the two dimensions of theory and reality and systematic analysis of the theoretical basis of the image-building of college ideological and political theory teachers,this paper clarifies the objective needs,subjective demands and necessary requirements for shaping the image of college ideological and political theory teachers.The fourth part:The elements of teachers’ images in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.From the perspective of the main body of college ideological and political theory teachers and the level and dynamics of the image display process,this chapter analyzes the constituent elements of the image of college ideological and political theory teachers,and clearly clarifies the core of the image of college ideological and political theory teachers.Elements,basic elements,mediation elements,and visualization elements.The fifth part: Realistic shaping of the image of teachers of ideological and political theories in colleges and universities.Combining the new requirements of the current development of ideological and political education practice and the premise of the principle and goal structure of the image-building of college ideological and political theory teachers,the basic path for the image-building of college ideological and political theory teachers is proposed.
