The aims of composition teaching in junior high school lie in stressing the importance of students’ personalized experience and their true expressions,calling on composition individuation as well as truly promoting students’ accord development of personality.But under the influence of exam-oriented education,there are still some disadvantages existing in the teaching of writing,which prevent students’ improvement of quality and development of personality.At present,the method of composition teaching doesn’t pay enough attention to students’ subject spirit,as a consequence,writing doesn’t play an irreplaceable part of life’s real need.In this essay,the author thinks students should be encouraged to write in the context of real life and writing should be make a basic need for students to express their feelings and thoughts as well as showing their personality.This essay explore the strategies of how to improve students’ personalized writing by using diary teaching as its carrier,so as to inspire students to write more eagerly,as well as greatly improving their interest and ability in writing.Furthermore,it also strives to help students to express their true feelings and thoughts more freely and creatively.As a result,achieving the goal of letting students experience the pleasure of achievement,improving the Chinese comprehensive accomplishment and further developing their personality and learning potentials.What makes this essay unique is that is explores the strategies of combining diary teaching with personalized writing so as to benefit from each other.It also unconsciously and efficiently makes writing demands and purposes pervade diary writing.The specific research procedures are as follows: Firstly,strengthen accumulating reading to enrich personalized material;Secondly,create free space to train students’ creative thinking;Thirdly,offer humanistic care and cultivate individual emotions;Fourth,build diversified evaluation means to inspire students’ passion for writing.To sum up,by research and practice,the author wrote this essay with the aim of motivating students’ passion for writing,thus helping to arouse students’ desire to express their individual thoughts.Furthermore,It is hoped that students’ ability of observation,thinking,innovation will be improved.In the end,students’ personalized writing will be formed step by step and a healthy mind and personality will gradually shape.
