A Study On The Geochemical Mechanism Of Community Social Organizations In The Community Development Perspective

Community-based social organizations are established based on community,and one of their main duty is to service residents,to meet the demand of the community,and to solve the community problems.In recent years,community social organizations have been actively adapting to social development,not only in terms of quantity,but also in service quality.However,the development of community social organizations in China still exist many obstacles,such as temporary problem ? the problem of project leadership? the unprofessional problem and so on.Now,related research is also in the developing stage and how to use the theory and practice research for the development of the community social organizations has important theoretical and realistic significance.Through the interview method and participatory observation method,this paper explores the mechanism of community-based social organization in the community development mode.Based on the perspective of community development mode,this paper concludes that the mechanism of community social organization mainly includes the cooperation mechanism with the government,the cooperation mechanism with the community and the coordination mechanism with the professional social work through the interviews with 10 community social organizations and their residents and community workers in shangcheng district,hangzhou.Among them,the cooperation mechanism with the government includes resource sharing mechanism,communication and consultation mechanism and effective and sustainable mechanism;the cooperation mechanism with the community includes consensus formation mechanism,service integration mechanism and supervision of self-government mechanism;the coordination mechanism with the professional social work includes the learning consistency mechanism,the concept practice mechanism and the professional infiltration mechanism.At the same time,I select the three community social organizations as the main case study through the interview and analysis that the geochemical mechanism of community social organizations need the community social organizations to establish the cooperation system with the government,toestablish the cooperation system with the community and to establish the coordination system mechanism with professional social work.
