Enterprise culture is the embodiment of soft power.The construction of enterprise culture is related to the success or failure of an enterprise.The most important point in the construction of enterprise culture is the construction of values.The human factor is the core of values.With the development of society,enterprises have gradually become the field of social work practice.Social work in enterprises not only focuses on the individual's actual difficulties,but also pays attention to the construction of corporate culture.The value of social work is the soul of social work and has a rich connotation.Its foothold lies in the “person”.It emphasizes that values such as “altruism” and “cooperation” include a rich “people-oriented” thinking,and these value concepts are precisely some companies neglected in cultural construction.How to extract values of social work and how to introduce them into the construction of corporate culture is the central issue of this paper.This paper takes F city Y company as the research place,uses participant observation method and the case interview method to collect the information of the enterprise basic situation and the enterprise culture construction situation.It finds that although Y has made some achievements in cultural construction at all levels,there are still some problems in its cultural construction,such as the lack of effective mining of values,the absence of identity and cohesion,the lack of related welfare system construction,and the low level of interpersonal communication.This paper aims to help employees form altruism and cooperation concepts through the development of altruistic cooperation group activities,and to promote altruism and cooperation among employees.These values are introduced into the construction of corporate culture of Y.By observing the activities of the members of the Analysis Team,group members satisfaction and the overall situation of the group,combined with social work values introduced after the construction of enterprise culture of Y,It finds that the introduction of social work values not only increased the staff's sense of identity,but also enhance the cohesion of the staff,enrich the enterprise's cultural activities,improve interpersonal relationships among employees.At the same time,on the basis of deeply analyzing the construction of enterprise culture,This paper makes use of the professional method of social work to link theory with practice.It also has some reference value to the study of the localization of social work as well.
