A Study On The Training Of College Students' Sense Of Rules

Rules are systems or charters established by specific subjects for common compliance and are important for maintaining the stability of social order.With the improvement of the rule of law system in our country,the society has put forward higher requirements to the rule consciousness of citizens.As a group of college students with higher education level,we should set up rules consciousness,follow the rules requirements,and try to be the social model of compliance.At present,the discipline consciousness of university students is gradually strengthening,then can basically abide by the social rules,but the level of rule consciousness can not meet the objective demand of economic and social development.Therefore,it is an inevitable requirement for the development of the college students to understand and analyze the problems of the rules consciousness and propose corresponding to countermeasures.Following the Marxist all-round development theory,the dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness,and the basic viewpoints of the rule theory of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics,and with the characteristics of the psychological development of the university students,an empirical study on the discipline consciousness of college students.This paper is divided into three parts,the first part of which focuses on the related concepts of rules consciousness of university students,including the theoretical basis of the article and the relevant concepts of college students' consciousness of rules.In the second part,some college students in Jilin Province were the subjects of investigation,sent the questionnaire,grasped the current situation of university students' rule consciousness,analyzed the main problems of the university students' rule consciousness,and the reasons that led to these problems.The third part,based on the results of the research,we explored the specific countermeasure of college students' rule-consciousness training from three aspects: Society,college and college students themselves,it includes optimizing the social environment of rule conscious training,exerting the main channel of classroom teaching,cultivating the carrier of creative rule consciousness and improving the ability of college students to learn the rules independently.
