The Research Of Issue For The Graduate Students Union Base In Education

The purpose of this study was to discuss the national joint training base construction in Yunnan province.As we all know,it is cooperated with base,the implementation of colleges,tutors and postgraduates at all levels of cooperation and exchanges.At the same time,it would strengthen the theoretical research and practice of the base construction.Finally it would promote normalization of cooperation and establish the perfect management system to postgraduate training with experience from home and abroad.The base construction is based on the Yunnan Normal University,combining the objectives of local education development and its own advantages,exploring a new model for the construction of a postgraduate training base,and providing scientifically feasible theoretical basis for the construction of postgraduate training grounds in Yunnan Province.Therefore,the method of the study combines the basic theoretical frameworks such as the theory of dissipative structures and the synergetic theory,and it mainly adopts research methods of multivocal ethnography and summarizes our research on multiple sound through dialogue,and added that by doing content analysis,coupled with the typical interview as evidence by questionnaire and interview.It is an empirical study that conducted on the status quo of the national joint training base construction in Yunnan Province.A series of issues exposed in the actual situation were analyzed and summarized in this study,what's more,set up the corresponding coordination mechanism and suggestions to those issues were given in the end.
