As the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held successfully,the new aims and plans put forward much higher requirements to the.elementary education.Basically,high-school geography education take on the irreplaceable talent training task.The efficiency of high-school geography education is one of the guarantees for the implementation of quality talent.However,the acquisition of high school geography teaching effect is a comprehensive learning process that has been affected by various aspects as well as a multidimensional output or dependent variable that needs teachers(including teaching methods,teaching ideas and teachers' personality,gender,education,teaching age,etc.),and students(learning initiative,learning habits,learning methods,etc.),campus culture,parental involvement,etc.There is a correlation between the influencing factors and factors,therefore,the key factors must be grasped to improve the teaching effect.This paper utilizes the decision-making and evaluation laboratory analysis(DEMATEL),taking Luoping No.1 High School in Luoping county,Yunnan province as a sample to analyze and screen kinds of factors that influence teaching effect,which makes it known that the key factors are school management system,teacher's professional knowledge and learning motivation.Furthermore,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures to improve the school,grade and class level management system and improve teachers' professional knowledge and cultivate students' active learning motivation.
