Our middle school sports teaching and research activities have made an important contribution to the basic physical education in China,promoting the development of sports teaching and research activities,and further improving the quality of physical education in middle schools.The current situation and development strategy of Guangzhou Panyu District middle school sports teaching and research work,to optimize the sports research organization,strengthen the construction of sports teaching and research team,to promote the development of PE teaching and research work in primary and secondary schools,further improvement and has important significance to improve the teaching quality of middle school sports.This paper investigates the present situation of sports teaching and research in Panyu District middle school in Guangzhou,and finds out the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures to improve it.The object of this paper is the current situation of Guangzhou city of Panyu District middle school sports teaching and research activities,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,investigation and Research on the status quo of Panyu District sports teaching and research activities in Guangzhou City,through the comparative analysis of the difference between Nansha District and Tianhe District,and find out the advantage and problems.The conclusion is that the frequency of Guangzhou city to carry out 1.more Panyu District middle school sports teaching and research activities,leaders pay more attention to the teaching and research activities;participation in research activities in Guangzhou city of 2.Panyu District sports teachers is not high enough,attitude and knowledge needs to be strengthened;3.Guangzhou Panyu District city middle school physical education teachers,tend to observe the class teaching and research activities and skills training;4.Guangzhou Panyu District city sports teaching activities can effectively improve the teaching ability and professional skills of teachers;and the other three compared to 5.in Guangzhou City area,Panyu District sports research problems is the form of a single,not rich;the 6.main factors affecting Panyu District research activities include the reward and punishment system,leadership emphasis,teachers’ attitude with understanding,choice and organization of local contractors,organized etc..According to the present situation of the sports teaching and research activities in Panyu District middle school,the following countermeasures are put forward: 1,standardize the teaching and research form,strictly grasp the process of practice;2,improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in activities;3,constantly enrich and improve the form and content of teaching and research activities;4,strengthen school-based teaching and research,sum up sports teaching experience,popularize excellent teaching.Concept;5.Establish a reasonable method of whole process evaluation.
