Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of "Combination Of Sports And Education" Of Amateur Training In Guangdong Province

The development of competitive sports is inseparable from the transportation of youth sports reserve talents.Amateur training is the strong cornerstone of competitive sports and provides strong support for Guangdong Province to become a major sports province in China.With the development of the times,the drawbacks of the traditional competitive sports talents cultivation model have become increasingly prominent.The "combination of sports and education" training competitive sports reserve talents is a comprehensive,sustainable and advanced training mode,which is in line with the current society's requirements for talented people and is of great significance to the overall development of people.This article uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and other research methods,guided by the scientific concept of development,based on a comprehensive,sustained,and coordinated development strategy,through the investigation of provincial and municipal level,county sports schools under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province's amateur training units.The status quo of the training,management,and protection of sports and traditional project schools is analyzed and analyzed.At the same time,advanced experiences of cultivating sports reserve talents under different systems in developed countries are used to find out that the current combination of sports and education in Guangdong Province has the following problems: Sports school attaches great importance to training,ignoring the athlete's overall development,outstanding contradictions between studies and training;traditional school training sports personnel quality is not high,the project layout is not perfect,the relative lack of venues and equipment facilities and education,sports two major sources of funding are single;resource integration efforts Inadequacies,lack of departmental management,poor training effectiveness,single training methods,and other outstanding issues,and reached the following conclusions:1.Sports schools at all levels are more responsible for transporting reserve talents for superiors,and are more focused on sports training.The traditional schools pay more attention to cultivating students with a comprehensive development of moral,physical,and art work,and training time and training volume are significantly lower than those at all levels.2.There are only 8 training programs in traditional schools,which are far from the 18 key projects in the province.There is no match between the industry training projects and the traditional school projects.Sports training programs at all levels are consistent with provincial key projects.3.The number of physical education schools that run sports and education is small,and the proportion of students living in schools is seriously distorted.The curriculum is not reasonable enough.Most of the school's weekly cultural classes have not yet reached the national requirements.The teacher's teaching style is single,resulting in low learning efficiency and academic performance.4.The number of joint training units for sports and education departments is relatively small.Sports schools pay more attention to the management of sports teams.Traditional schools pay more attention to the sportsmanship of sports team members.The number of joint trainings organized by the two departments was too small,which led to the lack of pertinence,practicality,and operability of training schools for sports schools and traditional schools.The training results were not satisfactory.5.The coaching staff(sports teachers)in county sports schools and traditional schools is not reasonable enough in terms of their professional titles,and they have problems with faults and deformities.There are many young teachers in traditional schools,and their age structure is not reasonable enough.6.The funds for each industry training unit are composed of provincial financial appropriations and the provincial lottery public welfare fund.The lottery public welfare fund accounts for 90.46% of the total funds,and has a single source of funds and cannot meet the needs of training.7.The venue and equipment of municipal sports schools are better than those of county district sports schools and traditional schools;some traditional school venues and equipment are better than county district sports schools.The county and the traditional schools lack resources to share and do not complement each other.8.Traditional schools pay more attention to the safety and security of their school sports players.The coverage of personal life insurance reaches 100%,and the safety system is relatively complete.There are certain risks in some sports schools at all levels,but personal life insurance for sports school athletes is not completely covered,and the security system needs to be improved.On the whole,there is still a lot of imperfections in the combination of sports and education in Guangdong's amateur sports.There are still bigger and broader room for improvement in sports and education.Should update the concept,build a higher level,higher-level "combination of sports and education",establish a person's overall development concept,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's competitive sports.
