| The implementation of family planning policy is a basic national policy of our country, which is related to the happiness of millions of families.Since January 1,2016,the policy of "total two children" has been formally landed, which is a major strategic plan for the reform and improvement of family planning service management to adhere to the basic state policy of family planning under the new situation. At the same time,we should also see that the fertility wishes of couples of childbearing age are related to the good implementation of the "comprehensive two child" policy and can achieve the expected policy effect.Data show that the number of childbearing age couples with family planning two children is less than 1/3 of the total number of people in this part, while two children with family planning are not equal to actually having a real birth of two children. From the "heartbeat" to "action",there are still many obstacles in reality. This paper, starting with some public service factors affecting the fertility will, based on consulting a large number of documents and combining the characteristics of Shahekou District, designed a questionnaire on the status quo of childbearing wishes of the couples of childbearing age in the Shahekou District, and obtained the empirical data through the questionnaire survey, and adopted the theory. The method of combining with empirical research is used to study, examine and evaluate the fertility wishes of couples of child-bearing age in Shahekou District, and try to put forward some corresponding suggestions on what more pertinent public service policies can be provided in Shahekou district.Shahekou district is a residential area, the aging situation is more serious, and the low income population is relatively large.I think that the government wants to give birth to two children. The government needs all aspects in the financial support, the convenience of entering the young, the service for the aged, the protection of the rights and interests of childbearing and so on.The supporting public service measures will be taken to ensure the expected results of the comprehensive two child policy. |
