Impact Of Built Environment On Adolescent Physical Activity In The Surrounding Towns Of Ji’nan

Physical activity refers to physical activities that cause energy consumption by muscle activity,including transportation,work,leisure and physical exercise.Research shows that physical activity deficiency is an independent risk factor for chronic diseases such as obesity,hypertension and diabetes,which may have a serious negative impact on the health of adolescents,which is not conducive to the healthy growth of young people.The existing research focuses on the review of physical activity,the building environment and the health relationship,the development of physical activity and the built environment measurement tools,the preliminary discussion on the relationship between the single level built environmental indicators and the single level health indicators with physical activity as the intermediary,and the literature about the physical activity of young people.The analysis of the questionnaire is relatively small.Under the social background of rapid urbanization,the increase of students’ learning pressure and the limited area of activities have reduced the amount of activities.The impact of the built environment on the health of young people is more urgent.The type of physical activity is divided into physical activity and leisure physical activity,and the physical activity includes walking,riding,skateboard and so on.The recreational physical activity includes jogging,swimming,fishing,and tourism.In order to avoid the impact of both traffic and recreational physical activity on the research,this paper takes the activities of walking and cycling without professional sports training as the traffic physical activity,with professional physical training as the purpose of walking and cycling,that is,recreational physical activity.This study will further improve and innovate on the basis of previous research deficiencies.Research purposes: Based on the research on the impact of the built environment on physical activity at home and abroad,this project is based on the questionnaire(simple version of the walking environment questionnaire,the youth built environmental awareness questionnaire,the revised Chinese version of the Chinese adolescent physical activity questionnaire)to study the environment of the surrounding villages and towns around Ji’nan with physical activity as the carrier.The effect of the health of the young.Research methods: using the questionnaire survey method to collect the data of environmental data and youth physical activity in Ji’nan surrounding villages and towns,analyze the data by mathematical statistics,and analyze the characteristics of the built environment and the physical activity of young people around Ji’nan by the method of percentage statistics.The logistic regression analysis method is used to get the results.Physical activity of young people is an environmental sensitive element.Results: the results showed that teenagers were mainly with physical activity,and most teenagers participated in physical activity 2-3 times a week,and most of the physical activity time was 1-2 hours each time.The surrounding villages and towns of Ji’nan have the characteristics of high density of buildings and high degree of mixed utilization,good connectivity in the surrounding towns and townships in Ji’nan,good public transportation in the surrounding towns and towns in Ji’nan,the accessibility of Kangle facilities in the surrounding villages and towns of Ji’nan,and the high aesthetic quality of the villages and towns around Ji’nan,and the non motorized traffic facilities in the surrounding towns of Ji’nan.The situation is general.Conclusion: most adolescents in Ji’nan are more active in physical activity.The built environment of towns around Ji’nan is relatively perfect,but there are still some deficiencies.The built environment of towns around Ji’nan has a certain impact on physical activity of young people.
