With the development of sports reform,the popularization of basketball and the formation of the characteristics of basketball competitive level,Shandong Institute of physical Education decided to undertake the National Basketball Association(SCBA).SCBA is a national professional basketball league organized by the Department of Science and Education of the State Sports Administration,the China Basketball Association,and the National Association of Sports Colleges and Universities.The National Basketball League of Sports Colleges and Universities changed from once in the past four years to once every year.After the reform,the first session of the National Basketball League of Sports Colleges and the second competition were held at the Shandong Institute of physical Education.Through various publicity of the competition and the planning and operation of the competition,It improves the cultural accomplishment of Shandong Institute of physical Education in the national sports colleges and the level of competitive culture on the campus,and provides a good way for the participating colleges to show themselves.At the same time will also set up the National Sports Academy Basketball League,determined to become China’s future basketball talent reserve.The development of national basketball league not only creates a good campus culture atmosphere,but also improves the popularity of the school and the basketball level of the school.The combination of campus culture and basketball culture promotes the construction of spiritual civilization and the ideological and moral construction of students.This paper studies the influence of SCBA league tournament on campus culture through literature,expert interview,content analysis,questionnaire survey and field investigation,and collects data by interviewing experts.This paper systematically studies the important role of the National Basketball League of physical Education Colleges on campus culture,and consults a large number of documents and related documents in the process of writing the paper.Taking the reform of the sports league as the main line of study,it provides the theoretical basis and foundation for the writing of this subject.At the same time,I used my convenient conditions to work inthe basketball league organizing committee of the national sports colleges to master the first-hand information.By exploring the important influence of SCBA in the development of campus culture in Shandong Institute of physical Education,this paper makes a systematic study on campus culture,and draws the following conclusions:1、Through the development of the SCBA League,the major media during the event broadcast and reported,not only improve the brand awareness of the sponsors also raised the awareness of the various participating institutions,the school added intangible assets.2、The upgrading of venues and facilities provides a good venue for future campus courses,promotes the innovation and development of teachers ’ courses,and promotes the development of campus culture.3、Through participating in the SCBA League,promoted the formation of the socialist core value system,strengthened the national spirit with patriotism as its core and the spirit of the times with the core of reform and opening-up.It expands the basketball ability of the players and improves the cohesion of the students to build an excellent order of campus culture environment.4、The SCBA League has enriched the campus activity,during the competition student volunteer participation,has expanded the competition the influence and the popularity,also provides the good training opportunity for the university student,enhances the processing interpersonal ability,enhances the group cohesion.
