With the slogan of the national fitness is put forward,as the Chinese taekwondo athletes won the gold medal in the Olympic Games,taekwondo project reputation,has been known and accepted by more and more people,is accepted by more and more people are learning and imitation,the development of taekwondo market gradually increase.Read books related literature,in combination with the present state of development of taiyuan tae kwon do,through the study of the theory of modern sports marketing,will now taiyuan taekwondo pavilion operation present situation analysis,using the theory to analyze the depth knowledge at the same time,the following conclusions:(1)At present,there is an increase in the internal setting mechanism of taekwondo road museum in taiyuan city.The facilities are perfect,the training equipment is complete,and the courses are abundant.(2)The economic benefits of the pavilion will be influenced by charging standards,promotions,coaches,geographical location and so on.(3)WeChat or other network promotion is the most frequently used and convenient way of publicity.Handing out leaflets is the most common and most commonly used form of publicity for all training markets.(4)The teaching attitude of the coach,the service attitude of the staff,the organization activities of the museum,the satisfaction degree of the members can reflect the operation of a pavilion.Above all,taiyuan taekwondo hall stabilizing saturated current development status,the operation way pavilion overall level is still good,considering comprehensive on the pavilion of hardware facilities,pay attention to the environment,pay attention to service,is not solely rely on classroom teaching technology is given priority to.However,the overall lack of marketing theory knowledge,this is the hall of taiyuan road,the biggest problem,so in the way of promotion,imperfect management of coaches,the consciousness of safety education is weak.These are becauseMr Hall staff the overall low level of education,study self-consciousness is poorer,therefore,to strengthen the museum staff enthusiasm,much to learn from the same industry or other industry marketing,increase the accumulation of marketing theory,to improve their value,create greater benefits,to a higher level of the tae kwon do market.
