| Objective:This study examined the relationship between the relative change of blood oxygen content of athletes in incremental load treadmill exercise,as measured by Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS),and the index changes of synchronous monitoring of gas metabolism for comparative analysis,discusses the increment load conditions,for aerobic endurance training of sports load,understand the relationship between cerebral oxygen content and cardiopulmonary function,at the same time for different degrees of exercise-induced fatigue study provide some useful reference.Methods:Under the condition of laboratory,according to the classic exercise to exhaustion,Bruce scheme using Portalite type of near infrared nondestructive blood oxygen monitor,Germany h/p/cosmos exercise treadmill and MOXUS gas analysis system,the real-time synchronous measuring run movement midbrain oxygen content increasing load and related gas metabolism index changes.The object of study:Select training center in shandong province race team 11male athletes,average age was 17.5±2.5,average height is 176.7±6.1cm,the average weight of 61.4±5.2 kg,training duration of 3.8±1.9 years on average.Results:(1)In the increasing load,the left frontal lobe brain oxygenation hemoglobin(HbO2)in the former 3 showed a trend of increasing step by step,the rapid rise in the fourth stage and continues until the mid phase 6,then began to slow down until the end of the campaign.Oxyhemoglobin and reduction of hemoglobin(HHb),total hemoglobin(considered)correlation coefficient of 0.864,0.908respectively;(2)In the increasing load,the cerebral oxygen index and VO2 Max,pulmonary ventilation,respiratory frequency were highly positive correlation(P<0.01),of which the HbO2 and VE,the correlation of RER and breathing rates were 0.908,0.917 and0.900,respectively,and vo2 Max correlation coefficient r=0.933,P<0.01);(3)In the increasing load,the index of heart rate change trend and characteristic of cerebral oxygen content changes exist significant correlation,r=0.901;Conclusions:(1)In the increasing load movement,the oxygen content of the brain(△Hb02,△HHb and△tHb)showed a good correlation with the maximal oxygen uptake,pulmonary ventilation and respiration rate.(2)In the incremental load movement,the relative changes of brain oxygen contentmeasured by NIRS method can accurately reflect the change of the motor load.To understand the functional status of athletes in sports,brain oxygen is expected to be a new test index for athletes’aerobic capacity assessment.(3)Before exhaustion,the prefrontal cortex oxygenation,lowered the central nervous system stimulant,it could be a herald prefrontal area of cerebral oxygen content change and the movement relationship between the central fatigue. |
