Abstract/Summary:
Objective: The elite male walkers in increasing strength load movement in shandong province to monitor the changes of local skeletal muscle oxygen content,and synchronous detection of the change of gas metabolic indices for comparative analysis,to explore using NIRS monitoring system to monitor athletes in sports training,the change of the muscle oxygen,and using MOXUS metabolic analysis of synchronous detection related gas metabolism index,analysis of relationship between them,in order to further monitor athletes in sports in the skeletal muscle oxygen supply and oxygen consumption,understanding of human body in different exercise intensity load condition,the strength of science master training,provide reference value for effective evaluation of training effect,and to provide theoretical basis and method for the later research.Research methods: Using near infrared Portalite type organization Nondestructive blood oxygen monitor,Germany h/p/cosmos professional sport treadmill and MOXUS system of synchronous test,extraction of race walking athletes under increasing load movement,the change of the muscle oxygen and related gas metabolism index data,using SPSS20.0 statistical software for data processing,the use of Matlab and Photoshop for drawing.The object of study: 10 elite male walkers.mean age 18.30 ± 2.06 years,average height is: 176.50 ± 3.98 cm,the average weight is: 59.80 ± 5.07 kg,fixed number of year of average training: 4.50 ± 2.21 years.The main test indicators : Vastus lateralis muscle oxygen content(oxyhemoglobin and deaeration hemoglobin concentration),pulmonary ventilation,oxygen uptake,carbon dioxide discharge threshold,respiratory quotient,heart rate,ventilation,etc.The results of the study:1、In the incremental load,with the increase of exercise time and exercise intensity,oxyhemoglobin shows the tendency of decline gradually,and between each level content change is relatively obvious,but in the load at the same level,the change of oxygenated hemoglobin content is relatively small.Reduction of hemoglobin in contrast gradual growth trend,movement stopped,have gradually restore phenomena appear;2、In the increasing load,the oxyhemoglobin and oxygen uptake,amount of exhaled carbon dioxide,respiratory quotient highly correlation;3、In the increasing load,the oxyhemoglobin and heart rate highly correlation;4 、 In the increasing load of oxyhemoglobin lower ventilatory threshold earlier than others;Conclusion:1 、 Using near infrared spectrum technology monitoring of skeletal muscle tissue in increasing exercise load oxyhemoglobin and reduction of hemoglobin and the associated gas metabolic indices for continuous,real-time,nondestructive monitoring is feasible.2、Near infrared spectrum technology can effectively reflect the athletes in sports in the process of anaerobic condition,can reflect the correlation among the indexes and contrast relation,provides the measure ventilatory threshold(anaerobic domain)of the new method.Later can use of near infrared spectroscopy to monitor the function and status of the body,evaluation of training effect.
