Purpose:(1)Through a questionnaire survey of rural women in Xiangxi Prefecture,understand the status quo of their quality of life and social support.(2)Using interactive effects to analyze whether age,occupation,chronic disease,and marital status have interaction effects on the quality of life and social support of rural women in Xiangxi Prefecture.(3)Analysis of Relationship between Social Support and Life Quality of Rural Women in Xiangxi by Using Structural Equation Model,and use the group structural equation model to test whether age,occupation,chronic disease,and marital status have moderating effects in the impact of social support on the quality of life.Methods:This study takes rural women in Xiangxi Prefecture as the research object,and adopts a research framework combining theoretical research and empirical analysis,based on the literature review,a questionnaire survey was conducted using the SRSS and WHOQOL-BREE.Data was collected using Epidata,SPSS software was used for single factor analysis and multi-factor interaction analysis to study the factors affecting social support and quality of life.Then use AMOS software to establish the structural equation model to analyze the relationship between social support and quality of life,and use the group structural equation model to analyze the regulatory effect.Results:(1)The subjective support(22.73±3.51),objective support(7.77±2.36),support utilization(7.27±1.33),and physical(13.95±1.5),psychological(12.44±1.24)environm-ental(11.48±1.31)of rural women in Xiangxi Prefecture were relatively low.(2)Through a single-factor analysis,it was found that among the rural women in Xiangxi Prefecture,the quality of life and social support among the senile,divorce-d/widowed,agro-employed,and chronically women lower than its corresp-onding group.The results of the interaction analysis show that occupation and chronic disease with environment have significant interaction effects,the impact of chronic diseases on women in the agricultural sector is greater than that of non-agricultural groups.(3)Structural equation model analysis shows:the social support have significant positive effect on quality of life.(4)Using group structure equation model to analyze moderating effect,test results show that age,occupation,marital status,and chronic disease have a significant moderating effects between social support and quality of life.In the group structural equation model:?The path coefficients of the impact of social support on the quality of life of the elderly,youth,and middle-aged women were 0.57,0.33,and 0.42,among the elderly women,the objective support(load factor of 0.76)has a greater impact on the physiological(load factor of 0.81)and psychological(load factor of 0.82).?The path coefficients of the impact of women's social support on quality of life in the non-farm and agriculture groups were 0.59 and 0.47,objective support of women in the agriculture groups(load factor of 0.86)has a significant impact on the physiological field(load factor of 0.92).?The road strength coefficients of social support for the quality of life in divorced/widowed,married and unmarried groups were 0.69,0.50,0.44,The objective support(load factor of 0.75)and support utilization(load factor of 0.77)for divorced/widowed women have a greater impact on the environmental field(load factor of 0.84)and social relations(load factor of 0.89).?The road strength coefficients of the social support for the quality of life in chronic and non-chronic groups were 0.59 and 0.54,the effects of women with chronic group were mainly reflected in objective support(load factor 0.87)versus physiological field(load factor 0.88).Conclusions:(1)The quality of life and social support of rural women in Xiangxi Prefecture are relatively low and need to be improved;the senile,divorced/widowed,farming and women suffering from chronic diseases are the focus we should focus on,especially the women suffering from chronic diseases.(2)Social support has a significant positive effect on quality of life,and age,occupation,marital status,and chronic disease have significant moderating effects in the relationship between social support and quality of life.(3)This study shows that social support can be used as an effective predictor of quality of life.Individualized social support interventions can be provided for different groups of women.
