With diversified trade between China and Korea,especially the Chinese government implemented the employment visa policy for Korean nationality in China in 2007,large number of Korean young adults go abroad to work.The trend of working abroad in recent years becomes more and more common,so the problem of the Korean left-behind adolescents is becoming more and more obvious.These Korean left-behind adolescents and their parents will not contact each other for a long time,even a few years.The Korean left-behind adolescents in such aspects as study and living are in trouble who combined with the increasingly diversified urban life.The educational environment between Korean family and general inland of left-behind teenager family has essential differences,its developmental course is also characteristic.The author found that the Korean left-behind adolescents play truant problems commonly and seriously in the period of the age,and what's more important is the causes of this situation are more special and different compared with inland left-behind adolescents.Based on this,the author participated in the I community of YanJi city deeply as a social worker aiming at the Korean left-behind adolescents.Make a survey around including Korean left-behind adolescents,their parents,residents,businesses,property managements,,Korean high school teachers and doorkeepers through the forms of interviewing deeply and households observation.Research finding that Korean left-behind adolescents lack of family structure and communication long time;Korean parents pay attention to making money and neglect education;The environment of enjoyment and consumption aggravate the seriousness of truancy;Lack of pertinence and effectiveness in the management of the school.According to the truancy problem of Korean left-behind adolescents,the author made a survey to the I community through the empirical study and related literature.Putting forward some countermeasures with pertinent and feasible suggestions:advocating high-level jobs and building the culture of education;Schools implement differentiated management to improve personal education;Community optimizes the living environment to reduce the bad temptation;Government purchases services of social work to correct "the king of truancy".
