Pedagogy is one of the first professions offered by higher normal colleges,it’s original intention is to cultivate teachers for education in middle normal school,Pedagogical students known as the "teacher’s teacher," and have been placed high hopes by society.Since the founding of New China,the reform of the normal education system in our country has been carried out continuously,and the scale of middle school teachers has been shrinking or even withdrawn,graduates of education lost their counterpart employment path.In addition,the enrollment of higher education majors in higher normal universities increases year by year,which makes the employment of graduates of education major more and more prominent.Employment problems,the reason,the most important point is the lack of employability.In recent years,various kinds of experts and scholars have paid more and more attention to the employability of graduates.However,most of their studies on employability are limited to purely theoretical perspectives,and there are relatively few specific studies on pedagogy.In this study,students of the A University education majors 13-16 were selected as research subjects,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the employment status of students and career guidance teachers,this paper analyzes the structure of employability that pedagogic students should have,analyzes the factors influencing employability in depth and discusses how they affect the employability of pedagogical students.Using SPSS and other software analysis,here are the conclusions:1.The overall employability of the college A education students varies in all dimensions.Among them,communication and interpersonal skills and self-management ability are more than 3.5,these two abilities belong to the upper middle level.While the professional knowledge learning ability and professional skills score below 3.5,indicating that these two abilities are relatively weak.The four dimensions of employability have the highest score of self-management,the second is communication and communication,the third is professional knowledge and the third is professional and technical ability.2.There are no significant differences in the employment ability of students of A university education majors and their dimensions in gender,whether they are student cadres,whether they are only children,and political aspects.However,there are differences in students’ communication and self-management skills at the grade level.,There is also a significant difference in student’s professional knowledge learning ability in household registration.3.There are several reasons that influence the employability of college A education students.Among them,the degree of parents ’understanding of the profession,the employment guidance provided by the school,the state’s policy orientation on the major of education,the lack of corresponding employment paths of pedagogy itself,the school training mode,the students’ own employment concept.Based on the survey of undergraduates majoring in A university education,the author puts forward the following suggestions for the problems in employment:First,the school is to adjust the training mode for the students and strengthen the employment guidance for graduates;Secondly,in terms of individuals,it is necessary to improve the overall quality of all aspects and enhance their employability.Finally,to improve the discipline of pedagogy,the government will issue corresponding supporting policies for employment difficulties.
