| The university is the important place of talents growth and safety management in colleges and universities is the key link of the talent strategy and the process of national development.In recent years,the structural unemployment is outstanding,and much attention has been paid to the development of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges and students’ safety problem has become an important bottleneck affecting the long-term development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,research in higher vocational colleges of students’ safety management,and to provide safe passage for the development of higher vocational colleges,is an important mission of the current talent strategy.This paper takes students’ safety management issues of Yunnan higher vocational colleges as the research content,mainly including the comprehensive review of safety management in higher vocational colleges,definition,status quo of student safety management,cases analysis of safety management,and solutions to the main issues.Research overview part,this article through to the domestic and foreign colleges and universities safety management best practices for research and analysis,draw lessons from the use of some excellent management theory and management methods,laid the groundwork for this article puts forward policy Suggestions.Definition part except the related concept,has analyzed the characteristics of the problems of safety management in colleges and universities and theoretical analysis,puts forward the theory of public management,crisis management theory and game theory,through theoretical analysis and characteristic analysis,to analyze the security problems cause laid a foundation.Chapter 3 existing safety management practice in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan province are analyzed,and made policy,this paper analysis of advantages and disadvantages.The fourth chapter,through to the other provinces the existing safety management practice in higher vocational colleges were analyzed,and the contrast of Yunnan province policy status quo,development environment,etc.,are analyzed in comparison.The last part,mainly from the angle of improving the working mechanism,and system of school,and from the perspective of student management main body,from the students themselves,school peripheral environment standard,construction of the network environment put forward strengthening the safety management in higher vocational college students in Yunnan province such as opinions and advice.Based on theory of new public management,crisis management theory,game theory as the theoretical basis,this paper discusses the higher vocational colleges students’ safety management system content and direction of development.New public management theory stresses that play a role of government and market,using the means of market management,while maintaining the principle of government management,guarantee the development of vocational colleges based on the attributes of public welfare,the use of flexible management and management style.While game theory to balance the two relationship provides a train of thought.The balance of the game theory between the pursuit of all kinds of subjects,the equilibrium relation between the development of higher vocational colleges should pursue,one is the relationship between the school and society,the second is the market mechanism and government management,the relationship between the three is the relationship between schools and their students,four is the relationship between the students’ safety and freedom.No matter what kind of relationship,cannot leave the guidance of the theory.Public crisis management theory,safety management provides a effective way for higher vocational colleges,the principles and ways.Theoretical basis for guiding practice,promote the development of the theory and the practice progress.In this paper,we study the guidance in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan province based on the practice of safety management,perfect for all kinds of management theory also has the very vital significance.Based on the literature research and case study as the main research method,this paper summarized the students’ safety management problems in Yunnan higher vocational colleges and analyzed the problems.And then,according to the problems and analysis of causes of problems,corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are given.In combination with the practical cases of safety management problems in universities and colleges in Yunnan province,the case analysis part has carried on the case analysis and problem analysis,aiming at the outstanding problems existing in the safety management,to make the article problem oriented much clear.In addition,this article uses the literature research mainly focused on students’ safety management theory and express of experiences and reference to other scholars’ deep research of topic,making the article more comprehensive more objective.Based on the effective management methods of management of colleges and universities at home and abroad as well as excellent practices in universities of Yunnan province in the student management,this paper puts forward the effective students safety management method of higher vocational colleges. |
