With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the major contradictions in our country's society have turned into a contradiction between the people's ever-growing need for a better life and unbalanced development.The rural teachers are in the midst of the conflict between the pursuit of a better life and the unbalanced development.Nowadays,the strategic development of rural revitalization is a critical period.Rural teachers,as an important subject and spiritual force,can study and analyze their development status.To give a good play to the basic role of rural teachers in the promotion and improvement of local education.As a state-level poverty county in Shanxi Province,Guangling County studies the status of rural teachers and measures for development.It can understand the situation of rural teachers in poverty-stricken areas and their views on their own duties,and seek out the legacy of local culture on rural teachers and try to find out.A feasible path to create a benign ecological circle for local rural teachers and even rural education.This can also be of significance for the development of poor rural teachers in the central and western regions.Therefore,this article is based on the survey and research on the status of the development of rural teachers in Guangling County,based on the "Village Teacher Support Plan(2015-2020)" as a starting point,in order to eventually come up with some practical measures of value.The construction of this article mainly starts from the following levels,firstly explaining the purpose and significance of the research in the introduction;then,by combing relevant documents to understand the relevant research situation of rural teachers;and then introducing the economic,cultural and historical aspects of Guangling County of Datong City.The background and the planning of the questionnaire design and the specific implementation;the next step is mainly to describe the process of finding problems,analyze the status of the collected rural teachers' related information,and then analyze the problems in depth and analyze the development of rural teachers.The influencing factors make certain research;finally,based on the analysis of the situation and field interviews,we propose targeted countermeasures.Through the study,it has been found that the overall development of local rural teachers is good,but there are still many practical problems.It is necessary for all parties to work together to build a more open and inclusive environment for the development of ruralteachers.
