Research On The Collaborative Development Of Student Associations And NGO In Jiangxi Under The Background Of Interaction

Student associations in Colleges and universities are students' organizations that independently carry out activities in accordance with their statutes,communicate with each other through community platforms and develop their own interests.However,the traditional management model is not good enough to meet the needs of the community practice under the diversification of the university students' value orientation,which is not conducive to the better play of the effectiveness of the students' community.And NGO,as a non-profit government organization,has the advantages of many government organizations in shaping social values,inheriting social culture,creating jobs,providing services to maintain fairness,distribution of resources,and easing the tension of social status.However,under the existing resources and management mode,there are also problems such as insufficient capital contribution,loose management and insufficient public prestige.Therefore,it has become an inevitable requirement for college students' Association and the later construction of NGO to excavate new development space,exploit new resources access path and find new opportunities for development.At present,some college student associations have begun to interact with NGO,but interaction is still in the initial stage,and there are certain problems in practice.How to achieve coordinated development and mutual benefit in the context of interaction between them has attracted more and more attention from scholars.In this paper,first of all,through literature research,we have a preliminary understanding and understanding of college student associations and NGO,and summed up the characteristics of the stage development of college student associations and NGO.Secondly,through the self-made questionnaire and interview outline,the current situation of interaction between the two is analyzed concretely.On the basis of data induction and analysis,the difficulties and problems in practical interaction are objectively analyzed.On the basis of a single excellent case analysis,it is suggested that in order to promote the cooperative development of college student associations and NGO,we must create a good national policy environment and a communication environment for the cooperative development of college student associations and NGO,establish a cooperative development approach to the cluster of projects,improve the strength of College Students' associations,and take the initiative to participate in the development of college student associations.And interaction,improve internal management,enhance NGO's social credibility,and gradually formulate and improve coordinated development management measures.
