In the network learning and classroom learning,a large number of student learning behavior data are gradually accumulated to form educational big data.How to obtain,process,analyze and use the data in order to understand the students' learning behaviors,to intervene the students accurately,and to serve for the optimization of teaching and learning,has become an increasingly concerned content for educators at home and abroad.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,students' online learning behavior analysis and classroom learning behavior,this study explores learning behavior problems in a blended learning environment.On this basis,with the traditional RTI learning intervention model as the theoretical guidance and learning analysis as the perspective,a hybrid learning adaptive intervention model is constructed.The model includes five basic elements:data acquisition and screening,data mining and analysis,determination of intervention object,implementation of intervention process and evaluation of intervention effect.In order to improve the students' learning behavior and improve their learning effect,the learners are interacted,evaluated and improved by three-level hierarchical progressive intervention mode.In this study,two classes of educational technology major in a normal university as the research objects,the adaptive intervention model of blended learning was applied to one class while the other class was used as control class.After the experiment,by comparing the differences between the experimental class and the control class in learning attitude,learning motivation,self-efficacy,online learning behavior and classroom performance,the characteristics of the students' learning behavior in the blended learning environment were revealed and the application effect of the learning intervention model was discussed.The study found that the adaptive intervention model of blended learning had a positive effect on students' learning attitude,learning motivation,self-efficacy,online learning behavior,classroom performance and achievement.On the whole,the adaptive intervention model of blended learning,through teaching practice,basically achieved the expected application effect.
