With the change and development of the times,"excellence" has become the pursuit of the reform and development of teachers' Education in our country,the training of excellent teachers has also been the direction of teachers' Education in China.In August 2014,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "opinions on implementing excellent teacher training plan",and put forward "deepening the reform of teacher training mode,establishing a new mechanism of collaborative training between universities and local governments,primary and secondary schools".In view of the relatively weak practical education in the training of preschool teachers,the Ministry of education has put forward a pilot project of "strengthening the training of kindergarten teachers".This study summarizes the training model of Z Normal University in the experimental normal colleges and universities,in order to provide reference for the training of excellent preschool teachers.This study is mainly based on investigation and research,combined with literature research,text analysis and case study.The framework of this study is established through literature research,taking Z Normal University as a case study,we studied its training mode for preschool education master,and analyzed the related texts.On this basis,through in-depth interviews with 5 academic guidance teachers,3 practical guidance teachers from 2 kindergartens,47 resident teachers in kindergarten and 1 educational administrator in S City Education Bureau,etc,understand the target location,curriculum,organization,implementation,management and evaluation of the training mode of excellent kindergarten teachers in kindergarten,and draw conclusions through analysis,find out the existing problems and put forward relevant suggestions.The study found that the training mode in kindergarten still needs to deepen the understanding of the target orientation of resident teachers in kindergarten;The propaganda of the training mode in kindergarten still needs to be strengthened;The teaching quality of the curriculum in training mode in kindergarten is low;The participants' enthusiasm is not high during the implementation of the training mode in kindergarten;The implementation of the governing system of the Council is not in place,and the evaluation is short of timeliness;The implementation of the master plan still needs the support of the local personnel departoment.In view of the above problems,this study proposes the following suggestions for improvement:Further refine the target and help resident teachers in kindergarten to deepen understanding of the target location;The publicity and mobilization meeting should be held regularly to increase the importance of the kindergarten base;Adjust the time and progress of teaching and adopt multiple teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching;The teacher's workload assessment system should be perfected and the teachers' guidance and incentive mechanism should be set up;To strengthen the formulation of the personal planning for resident teachers in kindergarten and give their humanistic care;Strengthen the rigid management system of the Council and improve the quality evaluation system;The local personnel departments have set up special personnel to follow up and strengthen their support,In order to improve the training quality of resident teachers in kindergarten,it will lay the foundation for the future growth of the outstanding preschool teachers.
