With the rapid development of science and technology,the popularization rate of computer is getting higher and higher,the scope of use is more and more wide.All the majors have set up corresponding computer courses.As a general computer major,the computer courses have gradually lost their advantages.The technical colleges and universities should also apply the new situation to the training system of computer professionals.Under the guidance of systematic theory,this paper is based on the current situation of computer professional talent cultivation system in Guangzhou Technician College.It provides optimization ideas and specific measures for the course system construction,training target,personnel training mode,teaching form,curriculum evaluation,and teacher's team construction and so on of Guangzhou technician college computer professional personnel training system.Through the various optimization strategies,the innovation of computer professional talent cultivation system will be realized.The purpose of this study is to solve the confusion of education and teaching in the mechanic colleges and universities,provide new theoretical support for the mechanic educators,advocate vigorously developing the mechanic education in order to meet the needs of the nation.This paper demonstrates through the case,the literature and questionnaire survey.It refers to the material about the reform and innovation of the training system for computer professionals including domestic and overseas.Based on the current computer professional talent cultivation system in Guangzhou region mechanic colleges,the questionnaires of students,teachers,and enterprise have been designed.According to the survey and statistical analysis,the talent training system includes the various factors: teaching content rigid,backward traditional single teaching methods,curriculum setting,and curriculum evaluation is impractical,the practical operation doesn't be emphasized,university-enterprise cooperation strength is insufficient,and the course needs to be changed.Partial respondents have been interviewed in the meantime,collect the computer professional training system,which cannot meet the needs of the enterprise,the professional curriculum is unchangeable,and the theory and practice are difficult to combine and so on.By using the interview survey data,the factors that cause the problem are further divided into eighteen categories,such as training target,training mode,curriculum system,teaching form,curriculum evaluation,five major categories of professional knowledge and skills,participation in skill competition,attention to learning effect and standards of enterprise users,and four major categories are summed up.Optimize the improvement measures.Then the system optimization scheme is analyzed by AHP(analytic hierarchy process),and the weight sorting of the four major countermeasures is calculated.The effect of the four countermeasures on the system is consistent with the calculated results when the interview is interviewed,and the effectiveness of the index system is verified by the specific application effect analysis.In conclusion,according to the improvement measures of sorting result from the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)includes identifying the target of profession fostering,reconstruction of broadening the ways of cultivating talented person,course system,teaching forms of change,curriculum evaluation adjustment and optimization to improve the strategy to strengthen the construction of teachers team.With the help of the regional office automation application direction to the mechanic colleges,the reasonable solutions have been concluded.
