The excellent development of industry-specific universities(hereinafter referred to as characteristic universities)has promoted the optimal allocation of resources in colleges and universities,and also promoted the development of science and technology innovation technology in our country.The teachers,as important scientific and technological innovators,has a very close relationship with school,a direct reflection of the school's innovation quality and level,determines the height of the school's scientific research and development.During the executive meeting of the State Council in 2015,Li Keqiang put forward "the most important educational resources is not the building and the desk,it's the teacher" in the opinion of the school reform.The development and perfection of the evaluation system of teachers 'scientific and technological innovation ability can accurately and objectively reflect the development level of teachers' scientific and technological innovation ability,which is the core of human resource allocation and management as well as personnel system reform.The evaluation index system of teachers' scientific and technological innovation ability can effectively guide teachers to develop in the direction of specialization,realize the career planning and the overall goal of the characteristic school.With the deepening of our country's economic development and international exchanges and cooperation,it is urgent to construct a high-level talent with scientific and technological innovation ability,to construct an evaluation index system of teachers 'scientific and technological innovation ability to speed up the cultivation of talents and highlight the characteristics of the subject,also promote teachers' development.The teacher's background of the characteristics university,increased the difficulty of constructing the evaluation system of teachers' competencies,making it a very complicated work.Higher quality universities and young teachers of science and technology innovation ability evaluation work gradually getting more attention by the academic community,the voice of higher education reform comes and goes.From the macroscopic level,the most majority of teachers' scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation research is still based on the pre-reform standardization requirements,mostly on the standardization requirements of the problem,lack of relevance.At the micro level,there are few aspects involved in the utilization rate of teachers' scientific research achievements and the pulling of regional economy.Therefore,based on the research of the other people,this paper studies the evaluation index of the technological innovation ability of the characteristic university's teachers.Specifically,it is divided into three parts and six chapters:The first part is the first and second chapters,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the purpose and meaning of the study.It introduces the research ideas and research methods of the article in detail,and expounds the related concepts and the evaluation status of teachers' scientific and technological innovation ability.The second part is the third chapter,which introduces the theoretical basis,guiding principle and the function of the evaluation index in detail,and combines the research results of others to design the evaluation index of the characteristics university teacher's science and technological innovation ability.The third part is the fourth and fifth chapters,according to the evaluation index system designed in the third chapter,making the research questionnaire and consultation form,accessing teachers to modify the views and importance of indicators.Then,use the analytic result to build the scientific and technological innovation ability of the school teachers;Finally,calculating the weight of the evaluation index of the scientific and technological innovation ability of the school teachers through the AHP(analytic hierarchy process),and verifying the index reasonable.The fourth part is the sixth chapter,the conclusion of this article,Reflecting and prospecting the characteristics of university teachers in science and technology innovation ability evaluation index research.
