According to the current situation of social governance,the Report to the 19 th CPC National Congresshas proposed establishing a social governance model based on collaboration,participation and common interests from the perspective of strengthening the system construction.The report stresses the need to step up institution building in social governance and improve the law-based social governance model under which Party committees exercise leadership,government assumes responsibility,non-governmental actors provide assistance,and the public get involved.The report also stresses the need to strengthen public participation and rule of law in social governance,and make such governance smarter and more specialized.Through field investigation,we find out that,a shortage of enough personnel resulting from the increasing number of labor disputes has imposed a negative impact on the labor dispute mediation work,and thus the innovation of labor dispute mediation work is of particular importance.As an important branch of professional social work,corporate social work,currently the focus of social work,aims to help resolve labor disputes,and improve production efficiency through the newly emerging methods and skills.In this context,corporate social work is of great practical significance for the improvement and innovation of involvement in the labor dispute mediation work.Against the above background,this paper takes the current situation of labor dispute mediation in LC District of Qingdao as the research object,and discusses the system basis and service mechanism of labor dispute mediation in LC District of Qingdao through field investigation in an effort to find out the current major problems.And with the questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods,the paper analyzes the needs of all parties involved in labor and capital relations in the region.Through comparison,the paper concludes that there is a close relationship between corporate social work and labor dispute mediation.By synthetically analyzing the basis for the involvement of corporate social work in labor dispute mediation,the paper proposes the feasibility of the involvement of corporate social work in labor dispute mediation.Through the analysis of a case involving Shen,the paper evaluates the involvement of corporate social work in the labor dispute mediation work,introduces the basic theory,role commitment,application of philosophical values,dilemma analysis and the like,and finally puts forward the feasible path to the involvement of corporate social work in labor dispute mediation,so as to provide constructive suggestions for the perfection of the labor dispute mediation system.This paper aims mainly to provide reference for promoting the involvement of corporate social work in labor dispute mediation work,give real and useful first-hand materials for updating local relevant policies and regulations,and offer guidance on improving the labor dispute mediation work so as to better carry out the labor dispute mediation work and maintain stability in labor relations.
