Teacher language violence refers to the behavior that teachers directly or indirectly,unintentionally or deliberately attack students with insulting language,such as verbal abuse,sarcasm,ridicule,satire,etc.,in various educational activities and even in the life of the school.In the present campus,in the classroom,and in daily life,we can see that some teachers do not respect the students ’consciousness in the use of language,and use some derisive and insulting words to students in evaluating students.Students who have been subjected to language violence by teachers may become sick or afraid of school,learn,escape from school and behave badly,while other students may acquire such behaviour by seeing language violence by teachers,or take actions that are detrimental to their long-term development in order to avoid verbal abuse.This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of teachers ’language violence,and presents the relevant factors of teachers’ language violence with the data analysis results,so as to find the attribution,and further explore the countermeasures to optimize teachers ’language and dissolve teachers’ language violence,with a view to enrich the study of primary school students ’moral education from the perspective of optimizing teachers’ language.This study consists of introduction,four chapters and conclusion.The prolegomenon mainly expounds the problems raised in this study,literature review,concept definition and discrimination,research ideas and methods.The first chapter is the investigation of the impact of teacher’s language violence on children and moral character design and implementation,the research used in the design of the questionnaire,interview and observation outline design.This study based on the literature research and investigation interview compiled on the impact of teacher’s language violence on elementary character questionnaire ",in nanning city center,integration of urban and rural areas,suburbs four primary school students to carry on the questionnaire survey,using spss16.0 software for quantitative research.The second chapter is the nanning four elementary school teacher’s language violence on children character analysis of the current situation of the influence of performance,the teacher’s language violence is obtained the related results of elementary student moral character and affect the outcome.The results found that all five types of teacher’s language violence--elementary student moral character and the correlation and the vent language violence on children’s moral behavior,moral concept and moral will submit relevant results,while maintaining the authoritative language violence is mainly associated with elementary student’s moral behavior as a result,language violence will adverse effects on the students’ good moral character set.The thirdchapter is the attribution of teachers language violence,mainly from teachers,parents,schools and social environment.On the educatees side,through the correlation test of the data,it is found that the teachers language violence will have a negative effect on the pupils ’moral behavior,moral concept and moral will.In the aspect of teachers,the lack of professional literacy,including educational experience,teachers ’concepts and so on,and the great pressure on the profession are subjective reasons for language violence.In the student family aspect,the parents shirk the education responsibility,increases the teacher work difficulty,also is one of the inducement.Schools in the management system and environmental purification,society in the rectification of the school surrounding environment and other aspects of responsibility can not be blamed.The fourth chapter is to put forward some strategies to solve teachers ’language violence,that is,teachers should improve their personal and professional literacy,master the art of language,control the way of emotion,set up different students’ views,reevaluate their professional orientation,parents should take the responsibility of family education,work with teachers to achieve educational goals,and schools should guarantee teachers ’vital interests from the system.The society should also take up the responsibility of purifying the environment and so on,let the student avoid the adverse influence from the society after school time,let the child grow smoothly. |
