Analysis Of Characteristics Of China's Elite Female Athletes Technical Movement

Shot put is one of the most technical sports in track and field.The perfect combination of physical quality and technical application ability is the important foundation to obtain excellent results.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the female shot put athletes.This paper takes the excellent female shot put players in China as the research object,through the observation of the video of the competition,to the female shot put players in the sliding stage.The technical application of the three stages in the transition stage and the final exertion stage is analyzed,and the overall technical characteristics are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the technical characteristics of the female shot put athletes in China are analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:There is a short phenomenon in the time and distance of the skidding stage of the elite female shot put athletes in our country,and there are some phenomena such as the slow speed of the sliding step stage,the small inclination of the trunk and the small amplitude of the swing,etc.(2)in terms of transition time,Liu Xiangrong's time is relatively short and the range of transition is relatively small;The transition time between Gong Lijiao and Gao Yang is relatively high.In the transitional stage,the excellent female shot put athletes in our country have a relatively good control of the body forward angle when they have just begun to land on the ground.However,the angle of trunk lift is relatively high,and the control ability of the body is relatively low.(3)there was no obvious difference between the changes of instrument speed and body speed of excellent female shot put athletes in China and those of Chinese medal shot put players.The speed control of relative motion is relatively reasonable.4 the speed of every aspect of the body of the excellent shot put athletes in the final exertion preparation stage basically accords with the technical requirements of the final exertion stage of shot put,and the final exertion stage is Gong Lijiao,Liu Xiangrong and Gao Yang.Benska and other four excellent shot put players in the shot put speed rhythm to a large extent have a certain law to find,different angle of action.The characteristics of each person's movement is not the same.The level of special skill of shot put is different,so the angle of shot put is different.
