Hundred years' policy based on education;while the education policy based on teachers.The development of education in the new era calls for a number of outstanding educators.Research on individual growth history of educators,mainly explores the underlying causes that affect the growth of educators,and reveals the common law of educators growth.This research uses the literature research method,case study method and historical research method to choose the famous contemporary educator Huo Maozheng,and focuses on the internal and external factors that influence she growth from an ordinary primary school teacher to a well-known educator and puts forward some enlightenments for the contemporary teachers.There are many factors that influence Huo Maozheng growth as an educator.This research will analyzes Huo Maozheng's growth environment,growth course,educational innovation,key person's influence and personal characteristics.Among them,the impact of Huo Maozheng's growth environment mainly includes family environment,school environment and social environment.The process of Huo Maozheng's growth is a continuous process,this study will explore the ideal germination period,exploration and development period,low-level cultivation period and mature development period of four phases.Based on practice,bold innovation is an important reason for Huo Maozheng to become an educator.This research mainly discusses its educational innovation practice from three stages.The influence of such key figures as Sun Wenjing,Zhao Shukai,Ye Shengtao and Fang Ming is an important aid to Huo Maozheng to growth as an educator.In addition,Huo Maozheng's outstanding personal qualities are also factors that can not be ignored in her process of growth.Finally,based on the study of the individual growth history of Huo Maozheng,this paper proposes four enlightenments for the growth of contemporary teachers.Teachers should follow.the trend of the times and make full use of the environment,make continuous progress and form an educational philosophy,focus on practice and make bold innovations,and strengthen their educational ambitions and promote their outstanding qualities.
